    01:14 That made me laugh! A TGTG bag without the bag!?! Some places are determined to cut costs no matter what!?! 🤣
    I am not a fan of cheese and onion products; even though I love cheese and onion separately in their own standing e.g. stench when you open a packet of Cheese and Onion crisps!?! Yikes! However, if I got this bag, and considered the other 3 pasties, that is still damn good value for the money.
    BTW there is nothing wrong with your dining room wallpaper, I had a feeling you favoured the colour green hence "Greeno".

      Got to get as much green stuff into the videos as possible right - all that subliminal messaging :-)

    Interesting, a friend recently brought me back 2 Cornish Pasty from Rowes and their dad two as well. The pasty was ok ish but nothing exciting but the crust was rock hard and unedible on all four. I did email them with my thoughts as to what i could have done with the crusts and suggested they could do better with a flagship Cornish product.
    Give them their due they replied and sent me a £10 love to shop voucher.
    But i was so disappointed as i had looked forward to a proper Cornish pasty returning from Cornwall.

    • @GreenoEats

    At just £1 a pasty I wouldn't complain but I'd never pay full price for a Cornish pasty as they're not worth it , all that pastry and irrelevant history.

    Interesting idea. Wouldn't work for me - vegetarian (preference for vegan) and Coeliac. Cheese and onion, and cauliflower cheese sound nice. Is Too Good to Go just for the provider getting rid of excess stock? (I'm Australian, so never heard of it until today)

    • @GreenoEats
      @GreenoEats  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      TGTG is basically an idea to help stop food being wasted. So stores / cafes / restaurants can put together a bag of food which is perfectly good to eat, but they they wouldn't sell. So for example the pasties in this video had minor cosmetic issues, so rather than throw good food away it's advertised on the app. It's a really good concept, but not all stores play fair with it - either not providing the value they should, or providing foor which is well past it's date. So you have to be a little bit careful with it. But 90% of experiences I have had have been ok!
