I made the mango ice cream following Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe & also added tiny pieces of fresh mangoes to the ice cream & kept it for freezing. After about 3 1/2 hours., removed it from the freezer & when I tried to scoop it out, it turned out awesome not just lookwise but was also very yummy. Everyone at home loved it. Thank you so much for such simple & easy recipes.
During this lockdown when we are not getting ice cream outside...but eager to have during this summer..then only way to prepare it at home ...and that's what I had done it today .... perfectly made. Thank you very much....
@@nishasehgal882 after two hours, removed it from the freezer, mixed it well..and kept back for few more hours..I didn't hv any ice crystals... I am not getting any ice crystals even though sometimes I skip the above procedure.

Hello Sanjeevji, I tried out your Mango Ice Cream recipe. I made it by freezing it in a lockable food-grade plastic container in the freezer. It came out well but I was not able to make it without forming Ice Crystals. After making it, I freezed it for about 3 hours in the freezer with the lid firmly locked - I used a lockable container. After 3 hours I took it out - broke the crystals with a steel serving spoon and then froze it for another 3 hours. I repeated the process three times in 3 hour intervals. But after 14 hours the Ice Crystals were still there. What did I do wrong? I had set the thermostat temperature to lowest, is this why Ice Crystals were formed

No it's not necessary to take it out again and blend it it's optional
