Yes, Glenn is great, just not with John's stuff.
To be fair.... I know little or nothing about Corabi, (the man DOES love his guy-liner lol) but Glenn Hughes is one of the best rock vocalists of all time.... Prob ably not as good as Coverdale (who he was in Deep Purple with) or Ronnie James. He also sung briefly with Black Sabbath.... so he can't be that shabby. The problem too is that there are very FEW videos of the band playing live online that have good audio. This one isn't great... but on the night... Hughes live was something to behold. For me Doug Aldrich is the best guitarist in the world right now... Just my opinion.
@@PicsnLicks Glenn Hughes is at 71 the Voice of rock at present at least for me. His singing since Trapeze....Hughes and Thrall...Black Sabbath and many solo albums. Fast forward and in 2022 for me , just incredible. Thanks for uploading and yes I am jealous lol you were there. I hope you enjoyed yourself. Merry Christmas to you kind sir

I like Glenn but I’d agree John is probably a better fit. I watched an interview with John where he said it was his decision to leave to keep a promise to his son to tour with him, so it’s not like the Daisies got rid.
