It was a great movie indeed w/Drac. Wish they did Hush. I loved all the seasons of the Batman. I have Netflix and was surprised they got the rights to this series. A great watch again. Thank you.
Batman vs The Monster Men.
I always felt like The Batman was underrated, it had some great episodes and specials like Batman Vs Dracula
DC was surprisingly protective about Hush. Besides this, he was supposed to be in season 4 before they changed that villain for Rumor. Also, he was supposed to be in Beware the Batman before being replaced by a similar villain.
Beware the Batman was the sh*t
It would have been nice to see more of this show's Catwoman because Gina Gershon who voiced her is one of my absolute favourite Catwoman actresses. My 3 favourites are:
1) Grey DeLisle
2) Gina Gershon
3) Laura Bailey
The Batman vs Hush Concept Art is for some reason difficult to find in good quality.
Ya it was hard for me to find a good enough quality photo that I could make bigger in Photoshop for the video.
This show had the most consistent top tier animation and choreo for a weekly show i had seen, just like Jackie Chan Adventures before it. Love this show and the vs Dracula movie : D
This was the show that 1st introduced me to Batman completely, and the entire DC universe. I enjoyed it very much. I thought the characters and their designs were so unique, so much fun, and the action for me was awesome. I miss this show so much. I really wish the developers had continued with the show and made this The Batman vs Hush movie
Honestly I always wished The Batman explored more classic villains. I would've KILLED to see their version of Scarecrow and Two-Face.
This might be a controversial take but im actually glad they didn't make another The Batman vs monster movie it makes The Batman Vs Dracula feel unique and stand on it's own that it's a one off movie
The biggest problem I had with the Hush animated film was how they kept referring to Riddler as a C lister Which he had never been. It was especially annoying for me because Riddler is my favourite Batman villain.
Ya Riddler isn't given enough credit most of the time. Now that he was the main villain in a great The Batman movie, hopefully, more people will consider him A-list.
I thought it was phantasm
The 60s show made 4iddler a mainstay. He was oneoff before. But yeah ever since that shoe, he's been one of the best. Plus the fact his look was so Iconic that they put him in the 60s show next to the other big three, means he was great from the start.

I hated that too. Batman would never say that I feel. But seems like in this univers3 only Ra's, Deathstroke, Dollmaker and the Court of Owls are threats. Everyone else including joker are c listers. Then again joker seems to have impacted batman. I really don't see how though since Jason Todd doesn't exist and batgirl never got crippled. Bad adaptation batman hush was.

I also know that they were going to make an episode about the Villain Hush, but replace that idea with a One-off Character they called Rumor, which I think he is an awesome Villain, still I would have loved see that Sequel
The Rumor episode did give off Hush vibes, especially considering it was the 50th episode and all the rogues gallery showed up.

The Batman 2004 had so many great ideas but they never got the Chance to do so,I really wish that the Series would continue.
I heard they were going to plan to make another "The Batman" movie, but sadly they didn't do it
this might be an unpopular opinion but I think the Batman show is my favorite Batman animated series don't get me wrong I love the 90s show but I grew up on this and I have so many great memories of it I also think this might be my favorite design of Gotham! I really wish WB and Max would just bring back the Batman just imagine what would happen if we got a season 6 we could finally have ra's al ghul and two face Barbara Gordon could be become Oracle Batman and Robin could have a fight then leave and become Nightwing we could also have an animated film with the court of owls it would be so epic!

Ok so Wb wanted a "Monster" movie but thr writers didnt. I found the perfect loop whole. I think " The long Halloween" wouldve been a great story to adapt in this animated universe. You get all the villians back, introduce new ones like Two face, and with title "Halloween" in it, maybe it wouldve been a way to trick the studio lol

Makes sense for them to adapt some of the finest comic storylines in the 2000s
What they could have made was "Batman vs the Invisible man" which would have satisfied both demands if they made the invisible man Thomas Elliot.
I want to think that it would’ve been better than the first film in terms of adaptation wise. And I would love to see how faithful they would be when adapting the storyline

What they should have done is make a movie in between each season and each movie would have a different Batman villain be the main villain but it would be someone who was never planned to be in the episodes. One movie would have TwoFace, another would have Scarecrow another would have mad hatter, and one would have lockdown

A good idea could be to pit Bats with Grundy. In that Halloween episode it is Bennet yes, but in the end it revealed the real Grundy
You should do a video regarding how you think The Batman’s version of Hush movie would’ve been done. Even better, how would you write the story for the movie if you were given the opportunity to do so.

@@dcenthusiast Apart from your theories of The Batman’s Hush movie, I would really like to know more of Batman and Catwoman’s relationship as compared to the graphic novel, neither know the other’s true identity.
I just had an idea/pitch,ik they didn't want a monster story but what if they did the same thing with Ra's to Hush.
And since hush looks like the invisible man,it could be a batman hush story but with the invisible man instead.
Like imagine a Batman mystery thriller where he has to find out the identity of a man who is quite literally invisible.
And honestly we can keep a somewhat similar story even Haveing Tommy Elliot be hush but instead of a doctor he was a scientist who accidentally turned himself invisible.Idk Just a fun idea and interesting take on hush.

Personally I always thought Hush was a rather underwhelming character and one of the weakest part of the actual Hush storyline. Honestly it wasn't until Paul Dini's run on the character where I thought he was actually utilised in an interesting way and I honestly preferred to Jeph Loeb's run.
Ya Hush was held up by the circumstances of the story rather then his compelling nature of a character.
Considering how notoriously boring the Terrible Trio are, this show taking a different approach didn't bother me really. In Batman the Brave and the Bold they were warriors who trained with Batman and it is also vastly different than the comics. The version that is closer to the comics is the one from BTAS and is considered by many to be the worst episode of the show.
Ya the terrible trio can be hit or miss. I liked the episode on this show tho. It felt like a season 3 episode since it was just Batman Batgirl teaming up again.
I will be waiting for more reaction vids on The Batman in the future! That's what I am excited for! I did mention one of the forgotten Batman villains, Wrath, the Anti Batman, who, in the comics, lost his parents to one of Jim Gorden's cops! Trust me, there are a lot of forgotten rogues in Bats's rogues gallery like Polka Dot Man, Kite Man, Gaggy, Calendar Man, The Mannequin, Crash & Burn, Killer Moth, The Killer Doll, Faceless, Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum, Dr. Death, Dr. Phosphorous, Sweet Tooth, Orca, The Mime, The Eraser, etc.
I'm gonna be honest, Hush in The Batman universe feels a bit unnecessary. I mean, who is Hush? He's a childhood friend of Bruce who went insane and then used plastic surgery to look just like Bruce. That's pretty much what Ethan Benett is in this show.
Why doesnt someone ask The series writer of the series how they would've made the film?
A Batman vs Frankenstein movie could have been cool, If the movie revolved around Hush (Tommy Eliot as the monster) having been kidnapped and brainwashed by Hugo Strange (who is acting like Doctor Frankenstein in the story.) The movie can be seen as a merger of The monster men, Hush, and Arkham a serious house on serious earth. Expanded on you can include Strange’s other experiments and Bennet clayface as Batman is forced to go up against Strange and his monster men as well as other inmates of Arkham that he has mutated, experimented on, or brainwashed.
This is a really interesting idea. I actually want to see this now. you combined all the elements of the video into a cohesive movie sequel with a cool take on the Frankenstein story. Good job bro!
Ah it's a shame, this would've been way better than the Hush animated movie we actually got
You have to talk about a real mystery.
In the show, we know the Everywhere Man ceased to exist due to Bruce's friend turning off that device that makes the clones. HOWEVER, in the show's comic, the Everywhere Man still exists! How? I can't remember which chapter is it but it's where Batman and Robin go to a Tibet to practice on their martial arts, and leave Batgirl in charge of taking care of Gotham... It shows how Batgirl is doing fine locking up criminals, and we see the Everywhere Man being taken in to prison!

Hush is overrated because they haven't done anything with him impactful since his first introduction
I concur. I see people keep asking for Hush in this, and Hush in that. But I'm just like..."why?". The dude literally hasn't done anything worth noting in years. If people wanted a Batman/Bruce Wayne to go up against a 'childhood friend', then Black Mask/Roman Sionis is a much better fit for that role. He's still relevant and busy in the comics even till this day. Its just so much more easier to write for and include Black Mask in stories than it is for Hush.
