I followed these instructions using self adhesive bandage that I bought at the Dollarama. It’s not as efficient and it was very difficult to do with a sprained left wrist but I did it and it works
For Those of you who just need a splint and can't get a custom splint you can buy one here: amzn.to/482lqCv this one can be used on either hand. Hope that helps!😀
Hi Stacy! That's a great idea. You can also use a heat gun to warm up the area on the splinting material and the glue on the velcro so that it sticks together better. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
It depends upon the material. Some thermoplastics have a coating and you need to scratch the coating off with scizzors before you apply the sticky back velcro:)

And the Velcro comes off…..you have to super glue it or it will not stay on.
