  • How did Tom Holland get ripped for Spider-man No Way Home? Well in this video I’m going to walk you through Tom Holland’s fitness journey and along the way I’m also going to teach you how you can get ripped just like Tom Holland did for Spider-man no way home! Tom Holland put on a very impressive amount of muscle to play Spider-man in the MCU and that is why I wanted to spotlight his transformation! There is a lot to learn from what his trainers had him do to get ripped for his role as Spider-man! I'm a huge comic book nerd so I love learning about how actors got ripped to play big MCU roles like Spider-man in no way home! Let me know what kind of superhero transformations you want to see next!

Yeah he’s not too skinny or bulky his physique is definitely the physique I want to achieve. It also seems realistic to achieve it than those other bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman there’s no way but tom Holland‘s yes I think that’s realistic.

How much Pure lean muscle mass can you gain theoretically in 6 weeks if you are a (then) 19 year old ectomorph like tom holland. I think He does meet the qualifications for being an ectomorph. Also, at about 5ft 8in, how heavy do you think Tom Holland was when he played spider-man, particularly when he had his shirt off. I'm thinking somewhere between 135 lbs lean or 145 lbs lean. But then again I could be way wrong. Also, when doing the shirtless scenes do you think he depleted himself like not having any food/water for a day or two, or something not quite that extreme. Thanks.

Isn't this circuit training stuff super inefficient? cuz you don't get enough rest and you end up not training to failure and you don't end up getting that slow eccentric motion for a lot of these exercises. So progress will be very slow using that technique? the typical push pull legs is so much more efficient. And its easier to keep track of progress.

If you watch Greg doucette you would know that it’s impossible to gain 14 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. It would probably take about 2 years of consistent weight lifting in order to get even close to his muscle mass. Also don’t do keto. Eat what you want while staying in a deficit. Instead of going hard on the first day, just focus on training harder than last time. I think it’s possible but takes longer than you think. For some of us even a life time.

    - Rest 30s
    - Incline press with pronation 10-12 (1/2 bodyweight each hand)

    - Rest 30s
    - Weighted dips 12-15 (bodyweight-20)

    - 2 min rest
    Circuit 2:
    - Dumbbell thrusters 10-12 (1/4 bodyweight each hand)
    - Rest 30s
    - Bear crawls 60s
    - Rest 30s
    - Renegade rows 10-12 each side (1/4 bodyweight)

    - Chin ups 10-12
    - Repeat 4x

I would assume it means both the circuits are being done in the same workout. That being said depending on how long you’ve been training you might not need to do that much in one day! Could always split it up into two different workouts if you find it’s too taxing!

    • @ParisDemers
      @ParisDemers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

If you split it up into different days it'll probably just mean you're doing less overall volume each week. The amount of volume you need to do depends on how long you've been training! I would try splitting it up first and preforming each of the circuits twice a week for four total workouts! If you don't see the results you want you can then add another circuit or take a harder look at your diet! Instead of renegade rows you could do plank shoulder taps! These provide the same kind of anti-rotation stimulus to your core so they are a good alternative to the rows!
