With the slide forward the slide to frame should be tighter that’s a way to actually confirm that, when the slide is all the way back the rails are not fully seated in the length of the action.
I have the m9a3 and got it in the fall of 2018 , but if I’d had known this was coming out I would’ve waited for this indeed!!! This is the perfect beretta 9mm I think all round ( only detraction is the major weight to it ) . But yes a superb pistol ! Definitely a keeper! Always wanted a beretta with brigadier slide as they are hard to find!
I dig the weight of an all metal pistol.personally..just feels like the grand piano of a gun..usually the fit/finish is much better than polymers, and the triggers are better...however, the weighty pieces like this are more of a range toy in my opinion..not for carry purposes...
Not the best to carry. I have a 92fs inox. I'm a tall and fit guy with big hands, got used to conceal carry it. But it's big and already heavy. The 92x performance is even heavier, so...I wouldn't be my first choice.
I've got the 92A1...just purchased...got around 500 rds through it...#1 not a single malfunction so far,#2 there is NO play/wiggle room between slide and frame...excellent fit/finish..it's truly an excellent piece...I've fallen in love with the over all feel and smoothness..makes all my polymers feel like toys..however, I'd LOVE to put my paws on this 92X performance..just wish the price point was a bit lower...their around the $1500 mark in my area
Bro, there’s another guy who made a video on your exact problem and it’s a small spring. That the hole it goes into is milled a little too deep and all you need to do is get a longer spring. I’ll try and find the video and send it to you. Hope u read this buddy
Does the locking case come with its own outer box for protection ? You should always save that as well. The regular beretta cases are generic plastic like other 600 guns would have. Is the slide to frame still solid after the 500 rounds ? How’s the machining and finish inside the slide, that seems to be where berettas are lacking allot, I have wilson combat berettas in the same price range as this and even those have internals that are rough compared to say a sig or a Glock internals all my experiences, thanks
Isr Strategies this is the first beretta that I’ve ever owned. So I thought all berettas come with this case. I was impressed by the quality of the case. I have shot another 700 rounds since this video and everything held up well. I had a gun smith do a minor polishing on the trigger. It made the da smoother and lighter. The machining is good. It’s not as tight fitting as my CZ’s but I thought it was not bad at all.
Just ordered mine, should arrive next week - just in time for christmas! I can't get enough of these videos while waiting. Are these still possible to purchase in Canada?
Very nice pistol congrats! May I suggest, when you safety check, release the magazine first then rack to check chamber! In the video, the magazine was left in and if there was a round in the mag, you would have unknowingly loaded it!
That’s awesome. How do you like it compared to your ltt? I’m planning on getting either of the two as a range toy and strongly leaning towards the performance. Aesthetically it’s better looking, great sights and I’m thinking the vertec grip might be better for medium sized hands
Have you tried CZ shadow orange ? Have you tried Laugo's Alien model pistol ? 92X performace is great Beretta but my opinion is that Alien is much better at least for me, Laugo's benefit is that during colder days it can keep you warm :)
Thanks for the comment Yes I have tried the shadow orange. My friend uses it for ipsc carry optics. I have my Alien and it’s different feel on recoil. Cheers
Nice video on a great Beretta. My only dislike is the rear sight as it overhangs the hammer, plus it looks like someone accidentally pushed it up. I'm sure there will be some quality fixed rear sights available in the not to distant future.
Beautiful gun, although I’m having issues with mine. My grip screw bushing (supposedly staked) came off. My 92x Performance is at Beretta for a warranty claim. I was given a turnaround time of 25 business days. Pretty bummed about it.
It’s a bigger gun How do you hold the gun? Can you show the how u grip on to your gun? Many times we the Shooter grab to the slide without knowing slowing the slide down.
can you comment on the overall build quality and fit & finish? I have a 2020 production and it's got machining marks all over it, very poorly machined and put together, I wonder if the 2019 productions were any better. Thanks!
Nice pistol, congrats! May I suggest during the safety check, the magazine should be released first! In the video, if the mag was loaded, a round would have unknowingly been loaded when slide was released!
Shot about 1500 rounds thru mine and also had the same issue happen after about 1000 rounds. Spent casing did not eject. Just cleared it and kept shooting. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
TheNewGunGuy mine is currently at Beretta Canada and hopefully they can tell me something. I notice a burr of metal on my extractor which was eating my brass.
Ninja Dad Thanks. Gonna be getting some minor stuff done to mine. Like changing the trigger color by doing a cerakote to it and switching the grips. Gun tends to get a little slippery when my hands get sweaty due to the grips.
@@ninjadadPrime , its very heavy, and a little more bulky , in feel, than my M9, but the trigger is a nice upgrade. Personally, i have been customizing my M9 with after market parts, and its very nice now, with a lightr trigger, and perfect feeling wilson Combat grips.

Am still looking for the 92X Performance! Think there is a backlog on orders!
Cheers
Pierre jean claude very much so I think. The only other two of these came to a local store and before they can place on the shelves they were sold.
I went to a store that had 2 of them for sale! Brand new $1399 I believe . But just couldn’t justify at the time. 😭😭

Sadly here in Canada we no longer can buy handguns.
@@ninjadadPrime aww man, sorry to hear that! Are you still allowed to keep hanguns bought before the new law?

Looks like a nice gun.
nice review. however it would be nice to see some 25yds targets. you mention wiggle in the slide but do you also see wiggle in the barrel?
Still love it?
Yes I do😊

mag318 I hear what you’re saying. Thanks for the comments.
That's what I'm thinking
Thx for a great review, any information on the accuracy of the beretta 92x performance. whats the size of a rested five 5 shot group at 25 yards?
Beautiful gun, although I’m having issues with mine. My grip screw bushing (supposedly staked) came off.
My 92x Performance is at Beretta for a warranty claim. I was given a turnaround time of 25 business days. Pretty bummed about it.
Eric Pena I’m still waiting for an answer from Beretta my self.
Hope you got your gun back. 25 days is pretty typical for a warranty turnaround in the firearms industry. Hope you got it resolved
It’s a bigger gun
How do you hold the gun?
Can you show the how u grip on to your gun?
Many times we the Shooter grab to the slide without knowing slowing the slide down.
Great video, looking to getting one in the future... I didn’t see a cougar in your lineup
wemcal Thank you
do you shoot it low with this? cz is poa poi for me beretta shoot 6inch low in 7-10yrds for me
T K
I actually was just shooting with this gun over the past weekend and no issues hitting target at 10 yards
What's the trigger pull on that bad boy?
007 Bond according to Beretta DA 6.5 lbs and SA is 3.3 lbs.
Install the Wilson 150% power extractor spring to cure your extraction problem.
Twistedracer 64 I will look into that thank you.

Don Bay sorry to hear that. Mine seem well build and I can’t see any issues with the build and finish.
@@ninjadadPrime Maybe I should sell mine and try to source a 2019 production. Thanks for the reply!
Goodluck
Some people don't deserve something like that. Buying a Gucci dress don't make you good-looking.
Can you recommen a holster for this gun. I been looking for the holster for awhile, but no luck. Thank you.
So with this gun I use the cr speed. It’s a universal type holster. I can use it for my 1911, My A01LD , and my Elite LTT.
Hope that helps.

give me a cardboard box and knock the price down $100.
