Greetings from Hawassa,Ethiopia.Welcome to Addis.Yes,the city is under construction 24/7.After a few months everything would be in place and ready for use.

Hi Africa Expat Thank you for the video you have shown us today. If you go on other side of Bole to meskel squre road, the road is mostly better than road that you saw Bole to wello sefer today. The road that you see today or that you are surprised is a new construction road that is not completed yet, because you saw a lot of construction today. "I don't know where the people are living?" is a very good question. Im Ethiopian, living in Uganda and buildings here are not only occupied by 'business' people do live in them...which I believe is quite nice...making people close to the city, making house more available Over all Im happy to see my city blossoming like her name, and thank you brother for your positivist. Absolutely true. As a Nairobian who frequents ET, I can say this with absolutely no doubt. And not just Addis. Other smaller cities and towns across ET are more developed and have levels of infrastructure we couldn't dream of in Nairobi. Nairobi only looks nice from aerial shots. The reality on the ground is different.
Welcome to Ethiopia 🇪🇹 brother , I recommend you to visit our traditional restaurants to see our food and cultural dances , and Ethiopian museum too ❤🙏one love Africa
Wow!! We, Ethiopians thank you for having such a good attitude about Ethiopia bro. You and Mika, Swahilination Media have been doing a great job about One Africa. And i would like to say keep it up.
I was there six years ago and I remember my grandmother told me the next time you come down here you are not going to be able to recognize the city however Your wrong about the Chinese worker's they only hire Chinese for the construction and not Ethiopians the Ethiopian government only hires Chinese labor for when it comes to building designers, contractors and engineers considering that the Chinese are the best in the market and the fastest builders in the world today meaning that bricklayer, Carpenter, electricians and Plumbers “Etc.” are all Ethiopian citizens and that is by law.
Thank you for your visit and positive attitude bro, and that overpassing line is not express way for cars, that is actually the " addis abeba's light rail line" 😊
I love my Kenyans welcome to my beloved country Ethiopia. I don't know what matatu. or boda boda 😂😂😂😂 But that 27:47 the government builds housing for parliament members during the communism era, I think some 30 years ago. Welcome our kenyan brother. This is your second home. Most of the buildings are not hotel. Most regular city ethiopians are camera shy. But it is not a negative attitude. This is not the case in rural areas, so just ask for permission. Come back next time and visit the country outaide the capital. You will then appreciate what ethiopia has to truly offer.

Dear brother, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some urgent concerns about your recent invitation to Ethiopia by the government, aimed at promoting the construction of asphalt roads, road lights, parks, fountains, and other leisure projects. While these developments may appear impressive, it is crucial to understand the context and the profound human suffering that lies beneath this facade. The Ethiopian government, led by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, has spent 33 billion on these projects. This lavish expenditure occurs in a country where millions struggle to eat even once a day, and government employees often rely on church donations for their lunch. The Prime Minister himself advised the public to survive on bread and bananas, highlighting the dire situation. Despite this, the government has invested heavily in military drones and weapons, funded by loans from the IMF and World Bank, supposedly on behalf of the people. Ethiopia has been engulfed in a civil war for the past six years, marked by extrajudicial killings, kidnappings for ransom, and rampant violence. The Ethiopian defense forces have committed countless atrocities, including the rape of numerous girls. The suffering is particularly severe for the Amhara ethnic group, with millions of them detained in concentration camps simply because of their ethnicity. There is no freedom of the press, and journalists who criticize the government are imprisoned. Many Amhara politicians who attempted peaceful opposition are also in jail. The government's oppressive actions are not limited to one group, but the Amharas have faced especially brutal treatment. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has orchestrated a facade of progress, using staged photos and theatrical displays to present a false image of change to the world. However, the reality is starkly different. The government’s human rights abuses and oppression are widespread and severe. As a respected influencer, your voice can significantly shape public perception. While your intention might be to highlight positive aspects of Ethiopia’s development, it is vital to also expose the harsh realities faced by its people. Focusing only on the superficial improvements of the capital city risks misleading your audience about the true state of the nation. If you are participating in this promotion as part of your professional obligations, I understand the complexities you might face. However, I urge you to consider the broader implications of promoting a regime responsible for widespread suffering and human rights violations. Ethiopia is experiencing a tragic chapter in its history, with ongoing genocide and severe suppression of dissent. Please take this information into account and strive to use your platform responsibly. The world needs to know the truth about the plight of the Ethiopian people and the grim reality behind the government’s propaganda. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I hope you will consider the gravity of the situation and make informed decisions about the content you share. Sincerely,
My kenyan brother i love you liked your stay. But you can't even walk ouy of your hotel.. That is not good.. That is our life... I love kenya and your freedom, a country progressing our country is stateless...
