As a third year student of medical imaging, I always had difficulty to get this projection right, but now I think I am getting it. keep it up, and I wish the video had radiographic example to solidify the drawings which are also great
Question. So if the pts arm is below the same plane will the medical condyle be more superior on the image and the lateral be more inferior? And vice versa. The pt lifted the arm too much above the same plame so the medial condyle will be inferior And Lateral superior?
So if your shoulder is higher than the elbow you're lateral condyle will be inferior to the medial and when your shoulder is lower than your than your elbow your lateral condyle will be seen superior. I hope that's what you were asking :)
