Hello Francisco, How many times a day should I turn the biocupler? for Venus flytrap, how many medium ml should I add in a 250ml bottle?

Tilt the bioreactors as needed, once a day or once a week, based on the plant and its growth speed.
The liquid is usually filled to about 2/3 capacity of the lower jar and the propagules are in the upper jar.

Is the bottle screw-type or lug-type? What is the diameter of the biocoupler?

The Biocoupler is a screw type. So, it will be fitted to common mason jars as well.
