If you ever get a chance to see this band live, I highly recommend it.
I saw them in pa last year in knotfest like around mid August it was amazing
Knotfest 2021 banc of California stadium Los Angeles, 2nd-3rdish row from front and center first big concert I ever went to,, shit was crazy , definitely makes you appreciate them even more and it is an experience.. probably a bit more intense for a first concert than most people would go to but now I can handle anything I’m sure lol , especially being front and center, it’s a battle just to hold your position throughout the other performances and then it gets hard to move at all when they finally start
Unless you want to move backwards I guess
This is probably my favorite slipknot song of all time. This shit fuckin rocks
Imagine corey being your dad. I'd misbehave all the time just for him to shout at me
iwasborntoscream1996 nick kinky
Poor Griffen
@MAST3RCHIEF 98 😂
Now, when I say clean your room...waddya gonna do??
But not yet, not until I say clean your room. IS THAT CLEAR YOU CRAZY BASTARD!!?
@@lukeholloway9303 this is accurate
They need to play more shows like this!
Thank-you slipknot. You all have given us so much. Some of the best music ever created!
If Corey didn’t look like the Joker before, he looks like the Joker now
His mask looks a hell of a lot better than when it first came out
Well... he does live in a society
Its more like a villain
Download Festival 2019, he looked like a fat version of heath ledgers joker
@@keybordkatrules99 Yeah I thought that too
Great production, they need to record a full live set like this, would be too sick
Slipknot may be the only band that comes to mind with a 20+ year successful career that, when they play songs of the new album at a show, the (in-attendance) fans not only don't mind - but are actually stoked for.
Can't stop watching.
Jim's new Jazzmaster looks damn good. Can't wait to try one.
The most satisfying camera shot on a Slipknot concert, EVER! \m/
Every performer just nailed it in this performance.
Definitely one of my favs.
Lyrics
Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul
I was gone, but how was I to know?
I didn't come this far to sink so low
I'm finally holding on to letting go
(I'll never kill myself to save my soul)
I'm finally holding on to letting go
(I didn't come this far to sink so low)
I'm finally holding on to letting go
I'm just weathering a rough patch
Another villain with an itch to scratch
Denial is the darkest when you live in a hole
Why does the hell make you feel so cold?
Make a move and you pay for it
Pick a lord and you pray to it
You're so demanding when you want the truth
But your stories don't read for me
Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul
I was gone, but how was I to know?
I didn't come this far to sink so low
I'm finally holding on to letting go
Indecision overload
Keep a buckle on the devil and your eyes on the road
Reaching out for the hand of God
But did you think you'd shake your own?
This killing field is all grown over
The motherfucker wants it wild
Go sow your oats in alphabetical order
The anti-antagonist is back in style
Myopic, cannot see straight
Dystopic, one sin too late
You gotta lie if you wanna believe
But your bibles don't work on me
Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul
I was gone, but how was I to know?
I didn't come this far to sink so low
I'm finally holding on to letting
Go
Did you think you could win? And fill me in?
Did you think you could do it again? I'm not your sin
I was all that you wanted and more, but you didn't want me
I was more than you thought I could be
So I'm setting you free, I'm setting you free
You've killed the saint in me
How dare you martyr me
You've killed the saint in me
Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul
I was gone, but how was I to know?
I didn't come this far to sink so low
I'm finally holding on to letting go
You've killed the saint in me
How dare you martyr me?
You've killed the saint in me
How dare you martyr me?
Me: Looking for captions
TH-cam: Not Available (definitely not)
What do u mean?
lol
yeah whoever filmed and edited this needs a raise ASAP...
Are we going to ignore that *sic* and *twisted* touch that Sid adds at 2:59?
That sound quality is AMAZING
I fucking love the break down. " did you think you can win, and fill me in. Do you think you can do it again, I'm not your sin!" And "I was more than you thought I could be" just makes me want to find my dad and just beat him with a smile :) that's why I love this band and especially Corey's lyrics. It's like he fucking knows man. He just knows
Holy shit he can fucking sing good live! Love how he switches so easily from screaming to normal! So talented
Was a good set but the only thing that set me off was their sound tech guy didn't turn Corey's mic up louder.
Steven Felsing I think that was just Corey holding the mic a little too far away from his mouth, he has a tendency to do that sometimes
@@jackkelly6251 either that or he's sounding tired.
Steven Felsing he was ill my friend
@@chloelouitspain7264 thank you for the clarification.
On the other hand the instruments just sound brilliant
The upside to these small gigs is a superior sound for these videos.
More bands should do it!
I would’ve been okay if this was the official music video for this song. The angles and transitions were amazing
The audience is so lucky to see them play that up and close
Love the stage setting, so close to the audience
can i invite this band for my kid's birthday party?
Only appropriate
BYnijssen god
A dream come true
...can I come
You could always ask?
Sounds just amazing, doesn't really cover it, so good 🔥
One great apresentation (show). Thanks.
The camera work made it so much more epic somehow.
Just listned to it live! What a great show!
This is one of the coolest songs I've ever heard
Sounds like a damn good show. And I had a great surprise the other day when Nero forte came on the radio, all my colleagues looked so shocked apart from one who is also a Slipknot fan
3:42 Jim casually asserting his Godhood
bless corey for all of his passion in singing and screaming!!
Huge Props to Corey for them insane vocals !
