Honestly probably the World Domination Tour 2000. Seriously. Look up any show from that era. All tight knit clubs sort of like this except people are moving way more than this. Which is fine, people are older, angst levels are far lower.
If you listen back to it on BBC sounds you'll know... nearly 20 years. you'll get the whole set too

Chloe Lou Taylor he wasn’t being negative about the band. They don’t necessarily control how they sound at a concert. The sound engineers do. What he did say was that they have a great mix in this show and didn’t say anything negative about Slipknot at all
Cody Ross okay brother my mistake I’m not here to fight 👍🏻

His voice was completely covered by the rest of the music, they really needed to turn up his mic
@Robert Davies didn't know that, that explains a lot.
Matias Antueno if you listen to the recording on their site (they played more songs live) he apologized for his voice.
If he sang right to it it would be nice, hes always holding the mic far, I dont know if he always do that but...
@@dabertoldi I think Corey is trying to even out the volume. I don't know why he's doing it constantly on every gig when the audio engineers are already balancing the volume with compression.
I would be happier if Corey just showed that mic right to his face and stopped trying to do the engineers work.
Actually I felt that too but only for Unsainted. He sounded waaay better on other songs. (Listened it all on radio) I blame that he was still sick and he was just warming up :) Another thing, BBC pulled the sound slightly down probably because of radio rules. You could feel that intros sounded very strong but as soon as they start rocking sound is put below some kind of limit. Well, still great mixing and great editing/camera shots imo.

If you ever get a chance to see this band live, I highly recommend it.
I saw them in pa last year in knotfest like around mid August it was amazing
Knotfest 2021 banc of California stadium Los Angeles, 2nd-3rdish row from front and center first big concert I ever went to,, shit was crazy , definitely makes you appreciate them even more and it is an experience.. probably a bit more intense for a first concert than most people would go to but now I can handle anything I’m sure lol , especially being front and center, it’s a battle just to hold your position throughout the other performances and then it gets hard to move at all when they finally start
Unless you want to move backwards I guess
One of the bands that absolutely sounds amazing live.
That sound quality is AMAZING
Never realized how loud Corey is singing when he pulls the mic 1 or 2 feet away from his mouth
3:57 even though the fact that his voice isn't as "perfect" as in the studio version, moments like this are fucking moving. You can hear emotion through his voice.
