I am proud owner of ciaz, without oil change since purchase, i am getting average of 20 in petrol. Only issue i feel is that i feel is that when running empty body roll is more, something like misalignment. Earlier had honda aze so wanted to change the brand. The best thing i like is seating height, is that i feel no need of compact SUV for name sake SUV feel. Suspension the best.
I own ciaz petrol 1.4 and his observation about space, stability and rear AC vents quality is spot on. I also think that its build quality is pretty decent. My car's service cost is not much as i only follow the service manual and not what service center guys tell me.

14000 service cost is mainly because of unnecessary things ...i would suggest wheel alignment aur wheel balancing kavi v showroom me mat karwana. Showroom me 2000 lagta hai bahar 450 rupees me ho jaegi. 50rs per wheel for balancing and 200 for alignment. Hyundai ki service v waisi hi hai.

Sir I purchased grand i10 Magna Model on 12 December 2019. I have issue in 2nd and reverse gear,. Karrr sound comes. What is problem. I went to workshop for this problem. They are saying that u have to leave car for two days.

It is side impact compliant along with frontal offset as per latest crash norms Doors do feel light in comparison but that does not signify lack of safety as rigid high tensile steel is used in construction.

@@virtualmaza513 we have a 2009 logan and 2020 ciaz at home. Ciaz's doors, bonnet, boot lid feel much lighter in comparison with logan. Also the interior plastics are really flimsy. Ride quality and stability isn't as good as logan either and by significant margin. Brakes are especially inferior. It was 12 lakhs on road. I don't like it at all. I would love to replace with the hot version of the virtus.

I bought it in April 2016 First service Maruti authorized service station = 6000 ra after it never visit authorized service station I have serviced it in 3000rs same work outside I have completed 50 k so far I haven't face any problems Just battery need to replace soon So smooth in city and highways I will recommend use System D in your fuel for better performance

I agree with the point about ground clearance, but dude you're paying way too much for the service. I have the same car 2016 model and average service cost is ₹ 5000 to ₹ 7000(My last service cost from Maruti in which Break Pads were replaced). The hybrid is not the best in the world, but it works well in a city like Jaipur, especially on the traffic signals where you have to stop for more than 40 seconds. About the Battery, the EXIDE CONSERVO (DIN70(ISS)) Hybrid battery, you can get easily from any Exide outlet in about ₹ 7200. I drove on a low battery for about 6 months and had the battery changed just 2 months back, the mileage increased by 2 KM per litre on the highway and the city. I even managed to get 30 KMPL driving alone from Jaipur to Sikar after changing the battery. Your service centre is making a fool out of you by charging separately for the hybrid system, I never heard of any such service anywhere I got my car serviced. As the interviewer said, just get the essential services done and not everything that Maruti suggests, I am sure your service cost will decline. Ciaz is one of the best cars offered by Maruti Suzuki.
भाई ये सीट का प्रॉब्लम बतया ना श्रीमान ने वो मेरे दोस्त की सियाज़ में तो रॉकलाइन चेनल ही टूट गयी थी... सुक्रगुजर है ऊपर वाले ला की चालू गाड़ी में नही टूटा है नही तो आप को पता है क्या हादसा हो सकता है तो भाई को बातये अगर जरूरत हो तो बदलवा दे तो वो सेफ रहे... भाई अगर 13/14 हजार मारुति के सर्विसस्टेसन को देना बनता है तो उसे अच्छा तो दूसरी प्रोडक ले जिसे उसके पुरजे धोखा तो ना दे... ओर हा सरजी उनकी तो क्लच बी 55k पे फेल होकर टूट गई थी और टोइंग करके लेके जाना पड़ा था सर्विसस्टेसन पर... सरजी ऐक बात बोलू मेरे पास ऑप्टरा मैग्नम है 2012. 2.0 आप को बता दु वो 160k चल चुकी है और अभी तक कुछ चेन्ज नही हुवा है सस्पेन्सर बी नही और ब्रेक पेड़ अभी तक सिर्फ 3 बार बदले है... तो उसे अच्छा तो मेरी गाड़ी है जो कमसे कम खर्चा तो नही देती रहती अफसोस है Gm का हिदस्तान से चलेजाने का. कभी ऑप्टरा का बी ऑनर का रिव्यू करवाये सरजी.

I have Ciaz and about AC vents what mr.ashish told is true...ashishji is lucky I'm my car all AC vents clips broke and I installed it new it charged me 2200 except rear one and it has a very very light body...

Yes you are true...I also have ciaz in Gujarat and my last service cost is 4800rs.. these guys are genuine because service cost is depends on service centre if they want more money then they try to make you fool.. so these guys are proven the reality of service centre.
The main reason I don't like maruti and Hyundai cars that they are overpriced. they are charging lot more than they are giving compare to Tata and Ford like companies. I can tell that after using tiago from Tata Motor which provides great value for your costing while santro, wagonr, swift or grand i10 never felt they are value for money products.

Breeza is the best with all features in Suzuki with Built quality. Ciaz is luxary car of Suzuki but not strong enough as compared to verna or Honda city. Even Toyota yaris is better.

if Engine takes load on 1st or 2nd gear just check engine all the pistons working properly or not specially on hills boot space is I'm not sure but it's 540 ltr in sedan segment it's big boot space

I own a fortuner.....to be honest being a suv it’s service costs me around 6.5k(normal engine oil......don’t go for synthetic cause it’s of no use) and i was really surprised by it and i own a verna too it’s service cost me 9k. toyota is really pocket friendly for its service and reliability

@V K Mine doesn't have smart hybrid. Its pre facelift petrol. The facelifted petrol has this feature

I agree with the point about ground clearance, but dude you're paying way too much for the service. I have the same car 2016 model and average service cost is ₹ 5000 to ₹ 7000(My last service cost from Maruti in which Break Pads were replaced). The hybrid is not the best in the world, but it works well in a city like Jaipur, especially on the traffic signals where you have to stop for more than 40 seconds.
About the Battery, the EXIDE CONSERVO (DIN70(ISS)) Hybrid battery, you can get easily from any Exide outlet in about ₹ 7200.
I drove on a low battery for about 6 months and had the battery changed just 2 months back, the mileage increased by 2 KM per litre on the highway and the city.
I even managed to get 30 KMPL driving alone from Jaipur to Sikar after changing the battery.
Your service centre is making a fool out of you by charging separately for the hybrid system, I never heard of any such service anywhere I got my car serviced. As the interviewer said, just get the essential services done and not everything that Maruti suggests, I am sure your service cost will decline.
Ciaz is one of the best cars offered by Maruti Suzuki.

भाई ये सीट का प्रॉब्लम बतया ना श्रीमान ने वो मेरे दोस्त की सियाज़ में तो रॉकलाइन चेनल ही टूट गयी थी... सुक्रगुजर है ऊपर वाले ला की चालू गाड़ी में नही टूटा है नही तो आप को पता है क्या हादसा हो सकता है तो भाई को बातये अगर जरूरत हो तो बदलवा दे तो वो सेफ रहे... भाई अगर 13/14 हजार मारुति के सर्विसस्टेसन को देना बनता है तो उसे अच्छा तो दूसरी प्रोडक ले जिसे उसके पुरजे धोखा तो ना दे... ओर हा सरजी उनकी तो क्लच बी 55k पे फेल होकर टूट गई थी और टोइंग करके लेके जाना पड़ा था सर्विसस्टेसन पर... सरजी ऐक बात बोलू मेरे पास ऑप्टरा मैग्नम है 2012. 2.0 आप को बता दु वो 160k चल चुकी है और अभी तक कुछ चेन्ज नही हुवा है सस्पेन्सर बी नही और ब्रेक पेड़ अभी तक सिर्फ 3 बार बदले है... तो उसे अच्छा तो मेरी गाड़ी है जो कमसे कम खर्चा तो नही देती रहती अफसोस है Gm का हिदस्तान से चलेजाने का. कभी ऑप्टरा का बी ऑनर का रिव्यू करवाये सरजी.

Yes you are true...I also have ciaz in Gujarat and my last service cost is 4800rs.. these guys are genuine because service cost is depends on service centre if they want more money then they try to make you fool.. so these guys are proven the reality of service centre.

The main reason I don't like maruti and Hyundai cars that they are overpriced. they are charging lot more than they are giving compare to Tata and Ford like companies. I can tell that after using tiago from Tata Motor which provides great value for your costing while santro, wagonr, swift or grand i10 never felt they are value for money products.

I own a fortuner.....to be honest being a suv it’s service costs me around 6.5k(normal engine oil......don’t go for synthetic cause it’s of no use) and i was really surprised by it and i own a verna too it’s service cost me 9k. toyota is really pocket friendly for its service and reliability
