It's about safety features n reliability. Reliability comes from quality of mechanical n electrical parts.

We have build quality of chasis, mechanical parts, electric parts, interiors and sheet metal. Out of these, increasing the thickness of sheet metal costs least amount of money and has least impact on the overall ownership experience but sadly most of us are so ignorant that we judge the build quality only by thickness of sheet metal 🤣
Aciean ncap is not for India it have to ranked by global ncap. And safety comes with metal sheet and aerodynamic design and airbags etc safety features. If your metal quality is low you will not get high speed stability only very simple.

@@sandeepjupudi3011 safety comes from the grade of steel used in the frame and safety features like airbags, crumple zones, collapsible engine, solid metal beams inside doors and many such things. Sheet metal doesn't matter.
Cars like creta and seltos are the biggest example of this. Sheet metal is thick which fooled lot of ppl like you but low grade steel was used in the frame which was the primary reason why they could barely score 3 stars.
Lastly asen ncap is still a well recognised testing agency. Bharat ncap is launched. Before that saying only global ncap is real is absurd.

As a honda city petrol owner i would like to clarify that honda city diesel has noisy engine and cabin noise. Petrol Honda City is the least noisy one, you won't hear any noise inside cabin
All conpany diesel engines are noisy except Hyundai& kia - bahar mein awaaz aayegi but cabin mein nahi

Ruf road pe kfi cabin noise hai ab to le hi lee hai lekin kuchh tim bad nikl duga. uspe chalta hu to bilkul bhi safe ni mahesus krta hu.7000 thousand chalne pe 1 year k bad 10000 thousand vli service hui hai usme bhi Rs. 5500 ka kharcha aya normal, service cost bhi jada hai. I hate all maruti vehicle vo cahe jo bhii ho. Age mai Tata , Hyundai ya fir Honda ko prefer kruga.

I am using Ciaz ZDI SHVS Model February 2017 driven 1 Lakh Km... Engine is in excellent condition very less noise. With AC able to get 19 Km/Ltr in city & 24 Km/Ltr on highways. Compliant is High Service Cost of Authorized Dealer (Average 10 Thousand at every 10 Thousand Kms) After 1 Lakh kms cabin noise Increase due to poor quality insulation.
I have a Polo ...it has been hit by a Bus...many times by divider etc ...many times by bikes ...not a single panel changed till now nor repaired ...what a difference

Upar se 18000 rupay le liye insurance hone ke bad bhi............

Some of the issues r true but not all. I have used my ciaz & used for 72k km but no problem at all...since few months now cabin noise comes but it's very light...asentioned in this video only one time alignment in 70km is not right way of maintaining a good car health.
