My 2016 1.6 Delta S-Cross has clocked 2.25 lakh kilometers!! Still running great and very good high speed stability, and decent amount of cabin noises.

@@urh1btherapist716 I get my service done from outside mechanic, there, yearly service can cost anywhere from 4-6k for a 1.3 li Scross. Most probably below 5.5k rupees.
Can you comment on the reliability of scross 1.6 and the service cost after 1 lakh kms? Also can you please tell me about the parts availability?
@@harshrana7829 parts availability and reliability sucks bro. This is an imported engine, so parts are extremely expensive, also the engine is sensitive to fuel quality.

I hv S cross 1.3, diesel , 1.20 lakh km .still running like a butter..average above 20. Super comfertable, one of the best car by maruti

I used to work with nexa...the 1.6 was a dream to drive no words to describe the power it had..I wish maruti had priced this competitively though
The engine was imported and was not retuned as per indian fuel quality. So it has lots of issues and even maruti engineers were not able to solve issues related to it. Plus because it was imported the price was very high too..
@@MihiGT425 never heard this from anyone yet... 1.6 had only one issue...lots of power and lesser mileage than 1.3..there was a little issue with the glow plugs, however maruti fixed that with the next batch of manufacturing. The 1.6 is the same engine that is there in fiat linea , so it was not imported but manufactured by fiat.
It's the most underrated car from Maruti. Inspite of being well built, Spacious Cabin especially the Rear Seat & the best comfortable Ingress-Egress. Its cabinspace reminds of the legend Ambassador.
It lacks in Rear AC vents, Cooled Glove box, wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay & Quality Infotainment & speaker system.
Its a Crossover Car or an oversized Hatch with not so good looking rear. If the Co could improve the Rear it would improve Sales nos for sure.
Zeta is the most VFM variant according to me. Sirf rear AC vent ki kami hai.
I have booked nexon xma 3 months ago in 2 showrooms of bangalore and didn’t get yet. After watching this video, spoke to my friends and got only positive feedback for s cross. Finally a took a test drive of its automatic variant.. The car has all what I needed, i.e. sufficient power, space, bad road handling and luxurious feel. Now I have booked s-cross in 2 showrooms of bangalore, hoping to get it soon.
I also want to buy Zeta automatic but heard that they have discontinued s-cross , is this correct ? do you know by any chance

Got to know that scross is getting stopped by nexa showrooms.. They have taken my booking to provide me a in stock car.. however, after sitting and driving in scross, i dont like any mini suv and go for a compromise.. for me feature of cars like wireless charger etc doesn’t.. i want a car for driving and comfort and reliability… still waiting for my scross to come..

We can't point out s cross and brezza..both are best in safety and maintenance.... leaving these two cars others are simply tin/chocolate cars of Maruthi

But interior look n feel and features of scross looks outdated compared to Baleno Alpha.
Also mileage wise Baleno is better.

S-Cross is a gem of a car and it's insane of how did maruti forgot to make it. It's legit premium and the only maruti car that I will pick over the others. This is like a mini mercedes car. Indeed one of the most under-rated car. If you have money then buy this, You will be satisfied. It feels like a ford vehicle too.
