new subscriber here, great vid! i see you have some older vids on GAPS diet as well-- I'm excited watch them next! I have the GAPS book with blue cover, her methods have been a godsend for my chronic issues so I gush whenever I run across anyone familiar with her work 🥰.. anywho, back to binge watching I go! 😋
    Cheers, from Texas ✌😎

I love it! Yes, she is a genius and I attribute most of my healing to Dr. N that's for sure. Yes - I was more overt in older videos about the GAPS process - I talk now in language that appeals to people where they are at but all of methods come from her teachings and also a lot of Becky Plotter as well. Happy Healing!

my body responds best to celtic sea salt.
i've tried the mined salts, (like himalayan or redmond)
number one: they (redomond) give me stronger underarm odor (usually a sign of contamination)
and 2) they are grittier... sandy... which doesn't work well in my smoothies...
my body is sensitive to heavy metals, and i don't get any issues when taking celtic....

Good question I am not familiar with this brand of Celtic salt. I don't know if the same tests have been done on it. This would be a good question for lead safe mama. I personally still use Celtic sea salt because I think the benefits out weigh the negatives and I choose to work my detox pathways in response to heavy metals.

@@wholenesscampaign Hi! Thank you for the answer, and for taking time:)
I dont know, the brand and picture on the Makai Pure is the same as "light grey"and "fine ground", both are from Selina companyIts Deep Se Salt and comes from 600 meter below, and costs 3 times more.
I just bougt 3 packages, and dont want to trow. I take a chans and use it anyhow:) if this was contamintaned it would be a scandal.
