Instead of using manta flow for the water, you could used Flip Fluids. Honestly, I thought it wasn't going to be that much better until I tried it, but dang it makes a difference. Also, that animation is pretty amazing! Loved the realism

Your renders are just mind-blowing. Loved your videos since the early days.
I think one issue I've always noticed with your satisfying videos is that there's always very little anticipation. I think anticipation is always the biggest part of any satisfying video. When you have stuff slowly starts to move towards somewhere and you're like "omg what's about to happen?", then it happens and you get that huge burst of serotonin.
Anticipation also really helps with creating context.

awesome stuff, as always! I really love your videos, I've learned so much. I have a question,:would you do a video tutorial on creating an effect similar to the one in the Foundation TV series intro (I especially love the one with the flag fluid disintegration)?
I gave it a try myself with cloth, explode, particle emission, and fluid sim, but I'm afraid I'm not good enough :-(

I would recommend that next time you use the flip fluid simulation addon because it is faster, more accurate, and wayyyy more stable! I think you will get some great use from it in the future. Other than that, everything looks great!
do a blender challenge where you mode to model something only using the boolean modifier

Be careful because when the boat appears and leave the screen you can still see water dropping in the background and it comes from nowhere.
Otherwise it’s amazing as usual.

We need more phones with Lidar scanners on them so we can make volumetric captures like you did of the garbage, but right from the phone. Being able to easily create and share 3D models of our stuff would be really fun, especially with the advances in VR.
