A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this cake recipe. Delicious cake. Now I will make this cake very often. Try it too. Cook with love!
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
180g chocolate shortbread biscuits
grind to crumbs
70g butter, melted
~ 1 tbsp milk

put in the fridge for a while
30 grams of gelatin + 150 ml of milk

450 g sour cream at least 20% + 25 g condensed milk
mix well
Melt gelatin (do not overheat!)
Add a few tablespoons of the sour cream mixture to even out the temperature of the gelatin.
mix everything
200 g cream (33-36%)
beat until fluffy
mix everything carefully
divide into 2 equal parts
10-15 grams of vanilla sugar
30 grams of cocoa
heat a little (at low power) so that the mass becomes liquid
Add 6 tablespoons of chocolate cream to the base and spread all over the base.
4 tbsp white cream in the middle
4 tablespoons chocolate cream, middle
and repeat in this way until the cream is used up
