So I've just made this cake,I have it in fridge now chilling,Thank you for the recipe.i did taste the batter and I feel like it has a nice cheesecake kind of flavor,I'm not a professional baker but I do make baked and unbaked cheesecakes alot,I'm always making sugar candy ,fondant designs on cakes,melted chocolates, so I do feel like I know what I'm doing,it took me about 30 minutes altogether including the crust.I did work a little quicker than usual because the batter started setting fast.I will say to make sure your ingredients are premeasured and ready because of how quickly it sets.Also I did use a bakers site to figure out the grams in reg.measurements. I can't wait to taste it,I will let you know.
