She just wanted to make the changelings strong warriors and she also wanted to provide love for her kind. The changelings are her children, and she needs to understand that friendship is not a disease, it's the cure to her problem. If only they just tried to save her and help her see that. She can finally be loved and she can finally return to her hive.
What a unique interpretation of this lovely song! You crafted beautiful lyrics that easily told the story, but kept it interesting and involved. Not to mention making the pain of Khrusos all too palpable.

Not that I'm aware of, I wrote enough of one to put the story together, but I never fleshed it out either. In some ways I was saving it to see if The L-Train wanted to do a 3rd Symphonic Metal Opera... But I haven't heard from him, so IDK. Maybe I'll write it out sometime soon.

Supervillainfan1 An ancient magical creature stung and put a parasitic curse on her, corrupting her body. King Khrusos sought out help from the only ones he thought could help, but they couldn't offer a cure. When he gets back, she is near death, so he casts a spell to hopefully restore her body to give him more time to find a cure. But his spell is too powerful and the "restored" Queen is combined with the creature that's infecting her. The new creature, Queen Crysallis, while still retaining some semblance of herself has been fully corrupted by the creature and is driven by the creature's need to feed off of the emotions of others. Khrusos is enslaved as a permanent food source, and the hatchlings soon follow... He eventually escapes but continues his quest to find a way to restore his beloved wife to herself again and rid her of the creature for good.
SkyBolt This song sounds very similar to a song in Alan Wake. A poet and a muse: The poet and muse lived on an island in the middle of a lake which gave life to the poets stories when his muse drowned he wrote a story to bring her back but when she did she wasn't the same he then ended it that they both live in the lake.
Is it weird that I ship her with sombra and this being part of how she got this way? I mean it would tie off some loose ends on her story as well as sombra's. Even if season 9 makes it moot

The only thing that gets me about this is the word choice. The rhythm of the melody forces you to put emphasis on weird syllables.
