This perfectly captures how Chrysalis loves her children... It never fails to make me cry... This is why Chryssi is best villain...
Out of all the mlp villains she has the best reason to take over Equestria
She really does. She has so many children to feed. They in turn feed her. They've been starving for so long and while she benefits the most from the swarm getting food, she probably doesn't take all of it from them, she might just take what she herself needs
Yeah! I wished we know about Queen Chrystalis backstory! It could give us sight of her. Where does she came from? And how did she found the stones that erased all Any Kind of Magic who and not the changelings?

I wished MLP:FIM didn't end til 2023 or 2022... It make sensed if the viewer took a peak of her Origins.

It would be nice if Chrysalis and the changelings came back in the show, becuse if we think about it the changelings can easely come back to equestria, they were just blasted off while Nightmare moon and Discord were reformed, Tirek is locked in Tartarus, Sombra was fucking SHATTERED.
Basically, the changelings can come back much easier then the other villains so... why not!

The changeling's story is actually quite sad when you think about it. All queen chrysalis wants is to look after and feed her children and it seems she will do anything to do so. Though she is trying to take (extract?) ponies' love she has a reason to do so other than 'she wants power'

In my headcanon the changelings had a sister race that looked like them and they lived together in harmony, but then the other race was wiped out by a plague, and no one would let the changelings integrate into their societies, so the changelings became bitter and hardened, starving and afraid.

Love this song, wish we had more fan songs with queen chrysalis. I like what fans have done with chrysalis and her changelings over the years compared to what hasbro did. Leave it to the fans to make so wonderful fan arts, Comics, stories, and music of the genre. ^^

OMG I love this song so much! The thing is, I never saw Queen Chrysalis as an antagonist, but more of a determined ruler. Unlike all the other villains, she didn't want to enslave the world or destroy the world, she only wanted to feed her kin, or else they might die of starvation, and the only way to do that was to disguise herself as Princess Cadence and feed of Shining Armour's love until her changeling army was ready and had enough strength to take over Canterlot. So in my opinion, the ponies are the evil ones.

@@fallenangel9716 they were never killed though when changelings fed? all what happened was that some of the love was sucked out, pony most likely just felt lil dizzy after it but they were always seen to be fine after some time

And a mom who tries to help her kids eat comes up with plans no matter how fucking bad it is she comes and plans and takes care of them but twillight didn't try to get fluttershy to try and see her side of the story and the lesson of the day ends up if your friend is a mother of many and struggles to feed the kids just abandon her

i read a theory that queen chrysalis is the old representation of love and was like married to sombra or something ...i like the idea she used to rule the crystal empire but had to leave for certain reasons regarding sombra and stuff

I think this was one of the very first fansongs I heard after discovering MLP, even before I watched the show.
