Really helpful to see a woven pattern assembly with the sleeves going in flat!

Ooh yes!! Love this. I might try just doing buttons down the bodice and leaving the skirt intact!

That would be a perfect solution! After I finished I thought of more ways to do it even with the original bodice shape - there’s always so many options 😅

Yay thank you so much for making this tutorial! It’s so hard to find a nursing friendly pattern 😅

Of course! I'm glad I finally got to make it and try something new with the Betty pattern :) It makes me think of how to create patterns nursing friendly in the future :)

TH-cam needs more, and I love your modern style!

    Beautiful my girl!
I usually bring my interfacing all the way down to where the buttons are (you can still add your stabilizer).
Just finished my boho dress, but I'm definitely adding your Betty to my wardrobe now too. Always such a delight to watch you on your journey. Stay as sweet as you are! Stunning young lady, inside and out!

Courtney, can you share a link for the clear folder/envelope you use to hold your pattern pieces? They look nice! I just use gallon ziplocs! :)

I used google translate to understand, thank you so much for sharing with me! I wish there wasn’t a language barrier but I’m thankful we can still be connected through video.
Thanks for watching and good luck!
Usé el traductor de Google para entender, ¡muchas gracias por compartir conmigo! Ojalá no hubiera una barrera del idioma, pero estoy agradecido de que todavía podamos estar conectados a través de video.
¡Gracias por vernos y buena suerte!

I’m kinda confused from the point of adding the stabiliser. So we fold half an inch, than half an inch, but the fold half an inch again and sew down making sure the stabiliser is hidden. Doesn’t that mean we will be short by half an inch since you mentioned only adding 1 extra inch to the bodice? Sorry I’m new to sewing!
