This is so cute! I think the length is perfect, especially for a mama with a potentially wiggly little one in their lap, whose little wiggles may hike up the skirt portion on accident! I have always appreciated a little extra length with little ones in my lap, both for their wiggles, and also for having to bend over to get things from my diaper bag or help one of my other children 🥰.
Ah this is great! I'm pregnant with my first and looking for a patterns that can serve me well throughout pregnancy and beyond and I think this is fabulous! And it looks like it's on sale this week, so yay for me! Thank you for your tutorials; you're an excellent teacher!
I love your channel! I want to make clothes and I like your teaching . I am new to sewing. Started with crafting and I want to make clothes now. This dress is lovely , been looking for this dress in stores for the past 6 years … nada, so now I can make it with your pattern. This is something I could make with your hack for my DIL , when she ‘s ready to make me a grandma. Hope she doesn’t take too long ! Thanks for this tutorial! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Amazing hack. My DIL will love this dress. I can't wait to show her. Are there other E and M patterns that make easy access nursing tops? Thanks again for your amazing tutorial
I am so glad!! you can do this hack with the Sunny Day Dress as well as its lined but you really can add a second layer to most patterns and use the liner for the nursing. some might be too heavy but it would work for most.
Can I do this basic same hack for the be graceful dress? I wish I could mix and match the dress sleeve options etc when purchasing. Any tips for nursing hacks if I want to basically make a mashup of the be graceful and 90s dress but with the hack like this and not necessarily with zippers??
did anyone try this hack? how has it held up? does the lift part get stretched out, would it be good to serge the past that was cut in half where the boobies holes are?
Just cut out the 90’s pattern for my pregnant granddaughter and was thinking could I make the bodice breastfeeding friendly. Looked for a hack and there you were Diana couldn’t believe it right on time. Just have to cut a new liner Thanks so much

Want to make this for my daughter! It's cute with or without the nursing panel! Thank you for sharing!
I made one of these for my daughter and now I'm making one for my niece. I love the nursing hack.

I love this dress but I’m wondering ,could this be done without the liner in the back?it seems too warm for where I live.
Awesome
What is the top you are wearing in this video?! I love it!!
It's the Game Time hoodie ❤️ it is a retired pattern 😔
