I should also mention that I try to seal the underside of the nail with top coat if the natural nail's long enough to do so. And if you make a little bit of a mess, have that rubbing alcohol on-hand to clean up before your cure.
The exact same thing happened to me! I bought it from Amazon. I tried 3 different lamps, and even direct sunlight. NOTHING would cure it. It just stayed liquid.
I love my Saviland clear builder gel. And I bought the jar of topcoat. I love using it with pigments and glitters to make new colors:)

Why is mine sticky after i finish under uv light
It is normal, you can wipe the nails surface with slip solution and it will get better.
