Hi A Level Lessons! Have been finding your content really helpful, as I’m taking A Levels this year. Just wanted to find out more about how you did the really cool annotations and arrows in your slides in the video? Did you draw them out on an ipad or something and then use them as elements in your slides?

How to recover from a big burnout?

Tbh sometimes a burnout is unavoidable, but if it does happen there are some ways to overcome it. That being said, these will depend on the amount of time you have to spare before (the next exam for e.g.).
      1. Take a BIG break, literally get your mind off studies. Just go out to the park, beach and chill for a day/2 days/week.
      2. Rethink your areas of study (e.g. instead of consistently doing full essays, full science/math papers, restructure your strategy to focus on essay plans that get you the marks, areas or topics that you are weaken in and find questions to target those).
If you see yourself burning out soon, try to avoid it entirely by taking spaced rests, its not easy getting out of the burnout phase but very possible.
