    Thank you for this. I will be sharing this with my students. I do hate when I hear, "they don't teach this in school," because it's probably true, but not in my classroom. I like to make time to have my students think about how they are studying. I encourage them to experiment with different methods. I also love taking time to build social fun into the class because learning is more connected when we care for each other in the classroom. Thank you, Ali! Very helpful!

    I love all of you’re advice, I do. I’m a freshman at a uni and I’m going into my 3 week of college and I’ve been a mess. My head has been all over the place but I’ve been trying my best to study well and so far my grades are good. I’m still testing out which schedule works for me & what to do with my time but it’s so overwhelming. There’s so much I want to achieve but so little time. Thinking about all of this sometimes prevents me from even doing little things. I’m just a bit of a mess rn and could use some advice lol
