How do you navigate this with someone you manage something with? I can't not speak to him when it comes to matters about the management responsibilities we share. We work from separate locations so in that respect it's easy. But we have to get together one to three times a week. I haven't been dumped because we were never in a relationship but I do have feelings for him and he decided we couldn't be together because the age difference makes him uncomfortable because of what others might think, even though I look like I'm in my 20s so you wouldn't even tell if we were together in public.

I don’t know if I’m a dumper. With her over 17 years 2 kids married nearly 7 years. We were happy in our flat living then got badgered into moving into a place her parents owned things started getting a bit much as she was dealing with an illness for 2 years and loads of stress and i had moved out as she was a nightmare to live with but there was never a time where she wanted me to move back in. She had her operation and decided I wasn’t there for her which seems like an excuse to me. Anyway I went on to her to see what was happening and she started saying she needed space and I did the desperate thing of going on and on for basically a whole day and she says she wanted left alone so I didn’t contact her then she asked me to go to a wedding with her so I ended up going and we went away for my birthday with the kids then she went cold and distant then when I questioned it I got all the excuses so I said to her that I couldn’t go on like this. So although I couldn’t go on like that however all I needed was reassurance that I was what she wanted but I just have to go with whatever she wants so it’s no contact snd let her find what she’s looking for. If she comes back in 2/3 months then I might have moved on with my life not a new person. I wasn’t perfect before marriage but after marriage I was 100 percent. I sacrificed a lot for her and she knows it but I’m tired of being tired and hurt and not knowing what’s right or wrong. I gave up anyway. I tried to tell her that when things start going bad then it’s not on the one person maybe 99% me but she will not accept any responsibility for anything which is strange.
