She monkey branched from me to her coworker and now she's pregnant 😢 the pain has been unreal.... 11 years together and 2 kids. I have respected her decision and I have backed off and let her have her new relationship while I work on myself.

Yes this is not what you wanted at all but I promise you that their is someone who will be loyal, honest, shows compassion for you, who takes accountability and expects it back in return! I'm going on 7-8 months of my discard! Like I said, I didn't want things to end but some people are just not meant to be! Not to mention she was a narcissist! I still go through it from time to time but I'm much stronger now than I've ever been! Find a hobby; shit I started growing 💨💨💨! I watched a bunch of TH-cam videos and I'm good at it! It's refreshing and time consuming! Forgive her and move on! Live your life now! You don't know it yet or feel it but you are free! Wait until you really acknowledge that! Stay strong for kids also. There will be issues unfortunately that you'll be pulled in but stay humble and calm at all times! Be the man you want your children to want to be associated with! My ex has come back a couple times from no contact...of course we are back in NC once again. I've finally chalked it up to her childhood trauma, and this result will happen with any guy that she's going to torture next.
What you are saying is so true! My ex is fearful avoidant. We had a mostly good four-year relationship/situationship. He monkey branched and wanted to remain friends. Nope!! I let him go without a tear. NC forever for me. We do care deeply for each other, but his fears got the better of him. Classic avoidant. I have moved on with my life. I am healing and becoming my beat version.

@@devangpandya5460 yeah thankfully I have let her be. Nothing from her end yet but I know she has a lot of trauma that she continues to push down and getting in a rebound won’t last and won’t help. It’s just hard to fight the thoughts

My ex told me she lost attraction i was distraught and i gave her the breakup which in hindsight was her coaxing me into it. After a week she monkey branched to a mutual friend of ours. I gave her what she wanted and now after 2 months I’m starting to realize this is a gift. Still hurts when i see them around campus as we live in the same college town.

My ex left me the moment I opened up to him about my feeling of depression. He said he feels anxious to be with me and that he has lost feelings for me. I begged him I will get help and be the girlfriend he wants me to be but he said he just doesn’t want me in his life anymore. I had to cut all contact and it’s been a few months since the breakup and no contact. I don’t cry anymore because of it but I do feel heavy hearted when thinking of how he easily just abandoned me at my lowest. I know he has the freedom to do that and I can’t beg someone to love me for who I am. I just feel like I been cheated on. If he was in the same situation I would be there for him as much as he would let me. How can a person abandon their partner of several years right at the point when they needed companionship? I guess it’s his anxiety but I would have more anxiety leaving them at a vulnerable time.
I too am depressive,I found some are sympathetic but others es peciely younger folk are afraid or just don’t understand depression. It good that this person was honest with you ,you can now get over them as you definitely will and hopefully find someone more understanding. Try not to keep your condition a secret from any future friend as they will see it as deception,meanwhile seek help but be mindful some antidepressants can lower the libido and make a sexual happy ending very difficult so a future partner may feel inadequate in that area if not aware you are medicating .Good luck

It’s been almost 4 months since we broke up. We still met up a couple times to talk. He was still hurt from the things I said after the breakup. He’s been giving me a lot of mixed signals. I told him to block me if he didn’t want nothing to do with me, he agreed to do it but didn’t. I texted him a week after to see if I can’t take him out to talk, but he straight ignored me my text but he read it. I sent him a long paragraph today explaining how sorry I I’m n told him I didn’t want to be on and off, I told him I was going to block myself since he didn’t, it’s hurts being ignored but I have to fight in keep him blocked and focus on myself n my future

@@MRindependentTHINK He showed up to my house unannounced about two weeks ago. It was weird we didn’t talk about our relationship much. He got all comfortable n my bed and asked me to cuddle with him. He said he was still figuring out feelings which shocked me cause a week after that he said he ready to be done with me. We’re talking a little more now. He’s still holding back but he willing to take it slow. I asked him if we could talk tonight cause I want to talk about what’s to come and our relationship. I just don’t know how to approach my question without feeling like I’m rushing anything, I want to know if there could be something or I’m going back home where my family is. Cause he’s the only one I have here.

@@TheLoveFix-Nick Like when dumpee blame self for the break-up like it's totally their fault as in their head all the scenario running where they messed up and they start thinking about self that they are bad partner, they should have treated them more better, they messed up in this that areas that's why the partner left them and found someone else and these thoughts running in their head so many times that it makes them feel worse about self and they start blaming themselves with self sabotage thought like they deserve the pain and they are unlovable/not worth to be loved , why would any person will love them etc .
So can you make video on this to make us understand that how to process all and it's part of breakup process and it will get better, I mean if you get it what I'm trying to say as it's hard to put into the words .
Your voice and your videos are comforting so it will help the dumpee who are beating themselves over and over again by playing the video over and over again to understand that it's okay.

I think blaming ourselves is a way of trying to establish control.
If we blame ourselves then we can “fix” it which gives us hope the ex will come back.
In reality, we’re at the mercy of their decision, so we have zero control.
Blaming ourselves and giving ourselves the illusion of control, is more palatable than having no control.
Also it means you are pedestalizing your ex. Quit the pedestal
@@MRindependentTHINK yes probably. He technically blame me for the breakup but i think it was because of our bad communication. I'm trying to focus on my things but it's still hard even after 4 months. It was my first relationship and first breakup so i don't know, everything is just hard but I'm trying each day, it's getting better each month. I hope I'll get over from it .
