Elvis took a karate swing at Richard Cole, which knocked Coles watch off his wrist. John Paul Jones almost shit his pants. Elvis immediately apologized to Cole For breaking his watch, Elvis came back with a box full of watches and offered Cole and Jones any watch they wanted. J.P. Jones picked a Mickey Mouse watch. Elvis said there's room for everyone, meaning acts in the business. The reason he didn't like the Beatles was because he felt they were anti-American. Elvis was very patriotic. It's well documented how much he loved his country. He despised that the Beatles came.made all their money in America. Then they moved back to England. The Beatles were anti war!! The US killed John Lennon hope you're happy & super proud!! Why is it bad that the Beatles went back to Britain? That's where they lived & that's where they were from. Sad that John Lennon was determined to stay in the US, he would have lived for many years to come if he returned back to Britain for sure!
