Thanks again for another great review. Your channel is fantastic and exactly what this space needs and I’m binging so many of your videos 😄. It feels like I’m on a university course but much, much more fun! The bags at the first two shops looked nice but I agree, I’d never give money to a shop that was so prejudice to customers or made me feel uncomfortable. Whether it’s H&M or Hermes, there’s a base level of decency that should be given to all customers. Selective manners are just gross, we all know they don’t treat everyone that way. Anyway, I’m off to watch more videos 😆
Thanks for your sleuthing! It is always interesting to discover new brands. I’m surprised that so many croc bags are offered in Hong Kong and Singapore with their hot, humid weather conditions that are deadly for exotic skins. I’ve heard some in Singapore store their regular leather bags in “hot boxes” to preserve them.
@@SoAnesu A hot box or dry box is a special de-humidifying cabinet used mainly for sensitive scientific or camera equipment that can be used to store other things such as valuable handbags. These cabinets are expensive to purchase and install, and have costs to operate.
Hi Anesu, late to this one. I'm not even into exotic bags but could listen to you talk about anything. You found some beautiful options! I enjoy hearing little tidbits about your day job/ luxury consulting since I've never known of anyone doing this before. So interesting ✨💕
As usual a wonderful review. I know what you mean by the way one can be not welcomed when one enters into a high end store in the Orient. As a person of colour I get what you mean. Anyway the bags look gorgeous and thank you for showing us new brands. I would def look into the last line………. 🤗🇨🇦
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I was in Singapore at the end of last year and bought the 1819 clutch from Kwanpen. The staff were really lovely when I visited so it's a shame that the service isn't consistent. I also visited Ethan K (I think they also have a consignment in harrods) and loved their designs and customer service. I'll definitely be looking into the other 2 brands you mentioned when I'm next in Singapore or Bangkok ❤️
I haven’t seen their bags in Harrods in a while or they are tucked away somewhere or just online. They have reconfigured and moved parts of the handbag department and some brands have left.
@@SoAnesu thank youuu ☺️ and you're probably correct. I've ever actually seen the consignment in harrods, I'd only heard about it, so maybe they've left now
Can you talk more about friendships, relationships and family?? You are like a role model to me and a big sister whom i look up to, i would really appreciate hearing from you about these topics, im 22 years old and dont have many friends and have had past friendships that have ended and i worry ill end up lonely for the rest of my life
I’m not sure what to say 🤦🏾♀️ … there are just so many dynamics at play… I’ve included an over 40 conversation playlist the conversations were not popular even though I enjoyed them. May be 1/2 maybe of interest. th-cam.com/play/PLawPoxwWvekGahP7vhPns0YqDNR80BQji.html&si=t-EVLOSzCgc8dGnU
Great content , as ever Anesu ❤ I was wondering if you might consider doing a pros and cons video about different leathers ?? How does a crocodile compare to an alligator , how does ostrich compare to lambskin or calf leather , etc ??? What would you say is your personal favourite ? Keep up the great work , and I hope you are having a great week 💕 xxx
Hi, I’m from Singapore and I am so sorry that my country has left you feeling disappointed in their customer service. It’s only through your video that I got to know llora even though I’m from Singapore 😅 Shall check out those brands in a matter of time. Thank you so much for appreciating our local brands 😌
Have you heard of Suvimol? It’s a Thai brand geared toward a younger audience, offering affordable exotic leather bags. I also like Bangkok Bootery for similar styles.
Croc bags are fine, but for me I have always wanted one spectacular alligator bag. Problem as always is that I have champagne taste on a coke budget. 🙂 Thanks for the video I like learning from you.
WOW!! I had been waiting for you to speak about this brand since I quite like the designs (even thought about asking for a video 😂). Poor customer service is never ok and your experience really diminished my view of them. Such a shame!!
Its a shame about the experience. Singapore retailers (as far as i know) are always big on mystery shoppers or what not, just to make sure their employees are on their toes and being consistent. Perhaps some brands are too arrogant to be nice to everyone walking through their door.
I didn’t know they were big on mystery shopping. Singapore is extra is extra whether is cleanliness or crime for example so I expected the same when it came to service and retail experience. What a pity.
ANY STORE that treats a POTENTIAL CLIENT SHABBILY is NEVER going to get my $$$. It is very sad that after 3 generations they have already lost their role and their heritage. ALL of their staff need to be retrained form the TOP DOWN.

Hot boxes is a new one! Who knew! I like discovering new brands.

It’s not right it’s disheartening. Please do it’s a fab brand.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience in those stores... The bags you showed look like jewels, I'm drooling 🥹
Beautiful bags!

Hello
Singapore is a fabulous country it is such a shame customer service was a let down but that can be repaired if important. I hope you like Ilora.
Very informative & interesting.
Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you for watching 🙃

No I haven’t…
What do you think about exotics from Asprey London?
Beautiful they work with a good supplier.
Croc bags are fine, but for me I have always wanted one spectacular alligator bag. Problem as always is that I have champagne taste on a coke budget. 🙂 Thanks for the video I like learning from you.
Champagne taste in a coke budget 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Dunno why i immediately have the "coke" in mind rather than the drink! lol

It’s a shame but the situation can be turned around otherwise it would be a waste to such beautiful designs.

🤦🏾♀️
Wow I had no idea there is a Made in Singapore luxury handbag brand. I’m sorry you had a bad experience with customer service there.
There sure is. I hope they improve.

I’m not sure why staff are shabby. Money is money it doesn’t discriminate.
WHAT A SHAME!!!
It sure is 🤦🏾♀️
