    To make your life easier fill the tray with small grow blocks. You don’t need the soil at all and it’s one less step. Just start them in the grow blocks. Nutrient dense water will feed them. Pure hydro way to grown them.

      you dont need to do it. just make sure water is being changed all the time.

    Do you add any nutrients to the water. When you lift the tray and submerged it . You would loose the earth is your ok

      Praise Be! You can liquid ferilizer like sea weeds but in moderation. moving water is better.
