    I know the ingredients are NOT great but A&W root beer (this specific brand) uses real sarsaparilla which is a remedy for nausea

    My SIL recommended guava juice because it has b6 which is supposed to help with nausea, I would drink a glass of that every morning along with a ginger supplement & it really helped! 13.5wks now & feeling much better!

    I found out 3 months before I was pregnant with my 5th that I have an underlying low blood sugar issue. I had to go on a low carb diet to avoid spiking my insulin.
    I kept eating this way into pregnancy and this is the first pregnancy without all day nausea. I wonder if blood sugar rollercoaster has anything to do with some people’s nausea.

    Love this video, it is so comforting to hear from someone who has had a similar experience. The nausea and vomiting has been soooo difficult. I feel like I am always in survival mode. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy, now on my second and almost out of the first trimester. Really hoping I feel better soon, this is so difficult!!

    Natural remedies are great and many of these did the trick with my first. However with my second, it was constant and never ending - finally got prescribed some Zofran and WOW that stuff WORKS lol zero nausea but they will back you up 🥴😂

      Congrats on the pregnancy girl! I’m almost 6 weeks with my 2nd and my first pregnancy was SO BAD I’m just waiting for it to hit again! 😂 nothing worked for me either. 2 months of hell. You’re not alone! But as they say it’s always worth it in the end. Best of luck to you! ❤️

      Bless you! It took me 4 pregnancies to finally function a little bit. It was my first “no throw up” pregnancy. I was also finally able to walk around without feeling like I’d be sick.
      I did take b6 and unisom- that helped a lot but I was quite sleepy.
      I also ate at least a few bites of food every 30 minutes to an hour. Things like plain pb sandwich, mashed potato’s, Mac and cheese. Carbs lol
      I also kept my water ice cold and sipped, not gulped.
      I also like the b6 preggie pops but preferred the pink stork ginger candies.
      Pray you feel better ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    When I place my YL STS order (which are one of my favorite of yours) the 190 pv turns out to be $220 dollars. Everyone always says it’s about the same amount dollar wise to PV. 30 dollars difference is really a high amount and i was thinking it was a 10 dollar difference max. :( 300 PV is 330 dollars which is just too much for me. I’m very curious why it’s such a huge margin of the pv tiers! Thanks for answering if you do! It was just a surprise checking out.

    • @BeccaBristow
      @BeccaBristow  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! Many products the PV is the exact same as the dollar amount, but it's not true for every product! Every product lists both so you always know! :)

    Hi Becca! I used to drink a ton of ningxia but I read somewhere a while back Wolfberry wasn’t safe for pregnancy? This obviously can’t be true because I know a few girls that drink it everyday during their pregnancy also?

    I thought I was the only one with peanut butter! I’d put a pb sandwich on my nightstand every night and take bites of it throughout the night. I think 50% of my diet was peanut butter during the first trimester 😂

    • @StephBSanity
      @StephBSanity 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi. When you are feeling better and the morning sickness has vanished can you give us an update on what you eat in a day while breastfeeding or what you recommend to eat?
    I have a 3 month old baby. I am also determined to nurse until she is 1. My experience this time around has been challenging. She is sensitive to what I eat. I had to cut out all dairy. I don't eat any spicy food. I also had to stop eating peanut butter and change my postnatal pills because it also have her colics. Any advice will be appreciated.

    Becca my due date is July 25th! I’m so close behind you. My friend told me to drink a can of Coke every day and it gave me the WORST stomach aches over time. I tried the gingerale as well but I didn’t like how much sugar I was consuming! I will try sparkling water I didn’t even think about that! I actually had to go get an infusion from my midwife last week and she prescribed me Zofran ODTs. It is the only thing that has given me relief from nausea all day. Wishing you relief soon!
