Thanks for watching! I’m glad we were able to get these catfish out of that puddle & back to the river where they belong! But there’s still many more to be saved, so stay tuned for a Part 2 of this video!
You guys are AMAZING!!! You saved hundreds, if not thousands of lives. I am in awe of your kindness. Thank you soo much!! If you're ever in Seattle, dinner's on me. : )
So kind of you to take the time to save all these babies. We have a same sort of "set up" where there is a little pond next to our river where catfish come to spawn and the pond is always filled with babies. We aren't allowed to mess with them, even with the pond drying out and freezing. The catfish we have are a mix of native and non native/invasive species and if we were to save them, we would be risking the possibility of introducing more of the population of invasive, making it harder to keep their numbers under control. Many die out over the winter, and get eaten. But our natives burrow deep into the mud and survive the freeze, coming out to grow up the following spring. Anyway, again, great job. You have a kind heart. Like so many others were suggesting, it would be so cool to watch one of these guys grow up, but I understand there are possible issues with that as well. Either way, great video!
Those fish couldn’t thank you enough for your gratitude and kind action! Keep these types of videos coming Carson! Imagine if you saved fishes from abandoned ponds, or even peoples pools that would be sick! but anyways thanks for doing that for the fish! 🐟
I used to save fish from drying up water basins when I lived in California, I was a late teenager, I live in Louisiana now, I don’t fish like I wish I had time for, bringing back great memories!!! Good job guys!!!
I like the fact that your are just such a nice guy and saves every fish you can, The best thing on youtube is when i get an notification from your channel keep up with the good work!:
Great video, Definitely looks like a bunch of yellow bullhead. Also would like to see a part two and maybe you could even keep a small one and grow it out in your tank
Nice good, and talking about that, two weeks ago, I save over 67 fish "most of the were cannel catfish" from a river that was drying up near were I lived as well.
A different kind of video today, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Please do go back and save as many more fishy lives as you can!😅 Absolutely fantastic video, and thanks Miles for your help!😁💕
Good job dude,I really like how you saved a bunch of baby fishes from dying, those baby fishes gotta be so happy, now that they are in a bigger body of water to thrive in.awesome job dude.🎣🎣🎣🐡🐠😀👍🤙
Would enjoy to see a video on how you clean and maintain all of your tanks. I think it would be very informative to your community as I know it can be hard to manage so many at once. Love the vids and keep up the great work!
Love this! You should definitely try and save the rest. Next time maybe acclimate the bucket with the river water a little bit before putting them in. Just ad a cup or two every 5 ish minutes. Maybe that would help keep the fish from being in shock from the change in temp and quality of the water🤷🏻♀️ Beautiful fish though! We have baby catfish in the river by our house every spring, it’s super cool watching them swim around. Great video!!!
Me and my cousin found a a puddle similar. The creek rose, then after the water level dropped back down to normal, hundreds of tiny bullheads were marooned in the small back puddle right next to the creek. We used a couple hand held aquarium dip nets and saved as many as we could.
Only watched a few of your video's. They're all good so far but this one is AWESOME!!! I have a 4000 gallon pond, or there about, and would LOVE to have several handfuls of those baby catfish for my pond! Try to SAVE THEM ALL if you can!
Thanks for watching! I’m glad we were able to get these catfish out of that puddle & back to the river where they belong! But there’s still many more to be saved, so stay tuned for a Part 2 of this video!

Get a drag net and save some more. Great video and good save.
Very late response but NEVER too late for a compliment. This why I like Carson because he's a great person who loves and respects nature. THANK YOU!

I like the fact that your are just such a nice guy and saves every fish you can, The best thing on youtube is when i get an notification from your channel keep up with the good work!:
He not save.
This scripts.
Why? It all breaks down into nutrients for future wildlife.
Typical woke people that think they know better.
Your destroying the cycle of nature.
You could see he was happier and overall had more life in him, so i think he had lots of fun making this vid.
DEFINITELY GO BACK WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT 💯💯
That's cool, you probably increased the population by thousands of fish once those grow and breed. The ecosystem and fishermen will be blessed.
The large majority of them won’t make it to adulthood.
Great video, Definitely looks like a bunch of yellow bullhead. Also would like to see a part two and maybe you could even keep a small one and grow it out in your tank
Carson is the best fish father
Yes! Save them all!❤️
I know right if only you were black then I would be racist though
Nice good, and talking about that, two weeks ago, I save over 67 fish "most of the were cannel catfish" from a river that was drying up near were I lived as well.
