@@HJ-kb8bq Its pretty hard to fill a loader bucket when its rolled back in the face....thats just common sense champ
@@HJ-kb8bq watch this guy and take particular note of 2 things 1) time he is "in the bank" filling the bucket and 2) how much lift function he uses while in the bank filling said bucket. You need to "rake" the teeth up through the material more when filling the bucket than all those loader operators in Greece do with those 992 & 994 etc. If you just roll the bucket back in the hope you will fill it the bottom of the bucket is against the material in the pile and you will never get any more in

Gavin has a point about maximizing the bucket capacity... The material that the operator is digging in looks like gravy which would be easy filling the bucket all the way when performing proficiently.... For "H J" I'll go toe to toe with you loading 100+ ton haul truck

I've never seen a shovel with teeth like that. We could always exchange them.
I believe there's still a little more room for efficient wheel rotation and hoisting maneuvers, as to shed some time off the four passes. Also start dumping while driver is backing up knocks seconds off as well... One last thing is to set throttle lock with rpms all the way ramped up which should be engaged with the bigger machines... Thanks, GP
well you dont have a clue...... no throttle lock in that loader, and if you are gonna bitch at my operators about seconds, we will bring that place to a stop. slavery and man driving in mine work is over my friend. take you pusher attitude and shove it. 35 year union operator retired from the thornton quarry.

What sort of bucket is on this loader, the teeth look somewhat different ?
It’s a spade nose rock bucket, not sure about the teeth, more than likely it’s a different design made to withstand wear from working with rock and other aggregate’s.

Hello friend
I believe that is a 992C model. Decals say 992D....but this has a steering wheel. D model was first one to eliminate steering wheel and go to left hand joystick steering and transmission shift.
Wish I had material that easy to load back in my days!
