Can we just admire how awesome that machine is? 992 is the perfect size, IMO, of CAT's large loaders (988, 990, 992, 993, 994). Large enough but not too large so that it remains nimble and has more applications. The single boom is really unique, most front end loaders two. The single boom gives greater visibility to the operator. This is also a good operator. The marines say "slow is smooth, and smooth is fast". He's operating it like he owns it. Not over-working the engine, protecting the tires, cleaning up after each truck. This isn't coal or gravel, but shot rock. I would hire this guy in my quarry. At the end of the day I know my loader would be in good shape.

A lot of keyboard warriors here trying to tell us all how he should be doing it. Yes, his technique isn't exactly perfect but he is keeping up with the trucks quite nicely (they aren't waiting a long time in a queue), and he isn't spinning the wheels, ripping off the tread nor is he giving the loader a hard time. Sure and steady gets the job done in a cost effective manner. I'd employ him in my quarry.

Technique running the 992G is not very good here, does not use any lift to fill the bucket when in the bank, just curls it back, this is why he never fills the bucket

Yes, always use lift first. If he would fill the bucket, more than likely he'd be filling those trucks in two passes instead of three. Wasted time, fuel and wear and tear on the machine.
There is a lift, small, but enough to get grip enough to the back tires to prevent wheelspin. And those masses are not easy to fill.
Probably a kid that told them that he could operate anything so they put him in the 992 to see if he was being true to them😂😂 it's amazing how many kids will do that
I came here to say this… not filling the bucket. Not reaching he potential of this machine. Quite frankly, it is hard to watch.
Needs some learning but has got potential for sure
