    • @SAASWithServiceNow

      Change Management is an application to support and drive the changes as per the change management process in any organisation. ServiceNow Developers are the one who have to implement the module as per the requirement of process owners and ServiceNow Admin support the platform and answer for any query of the users.

    Great presentation, thanks. One question: how would you suggest to use this Changement Management approach with the Agile 2.0 module in ServiceNow, where stories are created for the Scrum teams to implement. In other words, when users are asking for changes, whether it's via suggestions, incidents or service requests, would that trigger a Change Request, a Story, both? Thanks for your guidance.

    • @sharathchandrauppuluri
      @sharathchandrauppuluri 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As per my knowledge, Change Management(CM) module is for company to decide when should some service needs to be added/Modified/deleted from their system, it is not for end users to create change.
      The changes that you're talking about are different. You cannot follow agile process in CM as it is not any Life cycle that we're talking here.
