The injector issue was more the wiring/old style of injector than the side feed itself. The 95+ TT fixed that and I believe the 93+ NA fixed it with an update. In the Z32 world it’s just called the early style and late style injectors. They have adaptor kits for the early style cars.

@@JDM_PLUS my Z had late style injectors since it was a 95. Piston #6 had a chip in it and looked like it overheated. Not sure if it was injector failure or something else.

Change the idler pulley studs when doing the timing belt. Stock ones tend to break once you add more power.
Also, once you do the first plenum pull, delete all the coolant lines under the plenum as well as the egr and redo the pcv. Next time you do a plenum pull for servicing, it will take you 15min and makes it far simpler.
They're amazing cars once you understand them. Sure they could be expensive but it's a high performance car. Any car that needs a twin plate or triple plate clutch to put down 700+whp is gonna be expensive.
At least you can chip the ECU or run a nistune. A buddy of mine has a 2JZ and he has to get a stand alone just to be able to tune his car with is $$$.

You also need to watch out for Engine cowl panel over the battery, they are usually broken or missing completely and that needs to the battery tray being very very rusty. also watch out for misaligned front nose panel, as the usually means the car was jacked up using the wrong crossmember in the front. and the only way to fix it you beat the member back down or replace it, which is very very difficult. FYI liked the vid.

The point of having a slick top is this there were only 2648 ever made over the full term of production i have one of aprox 15 in the country they dont Rattle or Leak they are more Ridged in the Body the Slick Top is also a lighter car ideal for the Track over the T Tops.
But most of all the Z32 Slick Top Twin Turbos are rare, prices on the Z32 Generation Vehicles are skyrocketing especially the Slick Top as they are now the Version everyone wants because of their rareity!
The Z32's are now Legendry Classic Car Collector Vehicle's & the best Fairlady Zs of the entire Bunch!
Z32 Slick Top TTs are now sort after as only 2649 were produced making them harder and harder to find in OEM mint condition Values may never be even close as the Z32s Brother the Skyline GTR but the Slick Top version will be up there.

You should've done compression check with your mechanic or yourself. As a ZTT owner since 2009 I can tell you if you cannot do most of the work yourself z32 aint for you. These cars command porsche maintenance cost. I had to learn to work on ny Z to keep it running as a poor guy. Now I'm not poor but I still do all work myself. Waiting for turbos to blow up before I pull the motor. Amazingly my 93 has been reliable with 177k miles and everything works including ac. With all mods added over the years it gets alot of attention when taken out for a ride. Mostly it is a garage queen now
