- Urgh... this never happened 30-years ago. What is going on with this towns services? They seem non-existent... every time I drop by Halliwell in Bolton UK it is the same. Same roads, same areas.

It's like it in parts of our town as in many others it's lack of respect for your own surroundings lack of education and bad attitude,animals are cleaner than humans , it's not caused by ethnicity it's just people.
It is multi-ethnic. And it is cultural from certain demographics due to the way rubbish it disposed of in these countries... rifling through trash is another problem imported, from Western Africa. And yes we have those from countries in Europe who stack black bags on corners to be collected weekly...
Any LEGAL immigration should involve a basic course of living standards - but then we have a huge problem with illegal immigration and a system that cannot cope to find the illegals let alone educate anyone.
Public litter bins are are terrible, and these bins with just a bag hanging that are popping up are useless... and why is there not a litter levi on takeaways? I thought the idea was to use tax and levi cash from takeaways etc to provide the litter services and empty public bins. Then where are the services?

I just got a new camera and tripod. Thank you for the feedback. I will indeed try to get more wide angle shots for video. The shorts hate wide footage and tries to convert wide shots into portrait. Unless I am missing something - new to shorts kinda. 😉
