Can we bring a dead person back to life? To test this, some very intriguing experiments were conducted on dogs in the early 1900s. On September 18th, 1925, Sergei Brukhonenko introduced a rather interesting invention to the world. During a major medical conference in Russia, he presented a device called the "autojector," which mimicked the functions of the heart and lungs. The device essentially had two electric pumps that were connected to the main arteries in the neck via rubber tubes. On the other side, these pumps were connected to an oxygenation vessel where oxygen was added to the blood. Brukhonenko's idea was that one pump would draw deoxygenated blood from the body and send it to the oxygenation vessel, where oxygen would be added. Then, the other pump would inject this oxygenated blood back into the body. And in this way, a dead organism could be brought back to life!
But how? I mean, apart from the brain, heart, and lungs, the proper functioning of other organs is also essential for staying alive. So, how could a dog be revived by just supplying blood and oxygen? And, was this ever tried on humans? If yes, what happened to them?

Hey Gaurav, I just watched your video on the science behind death, and it really resonated with me. Back when I was in 10th grade, I studied a chapter about respiration and started thinking deeply about the topic. I wondered, what if we could supply oxygen to a deceased body? Could it possibly bring someone back to life? When I shared this idea with my teachers and friends, they just laughed and made jokes about it, saying things like, 'If you're so smart, why aren't you topping the exams?' They didn't take me seriously.

I have a hypothesis, according to this one of the reason for Alzheimer's disease is beta amyloid plaques and tau tangles ,this causes loss of complex neurons,due to this we are often unable to understand new concepts.
Another factor for age related Alzheimer's is as we age dopamine release decreases causing our ability to be curious to decline ,hence causing loss of memories.Another factor is that we tend to form more neurons when we learn a new word in a particular language i which gives us a bit more neurons when compared to some other activities. Another function states that some time we tend to utilize our brain at a small conclusion and stop it there considering that its the end , no matter what concept might it be we must always tend to have complex as well as simple words.Another factor is that as we age or any particular age the oxygen intake for the required neurones in the brain decreases.

So, I have a theory, I call this ENCD theory, meaning Enhancement of Neural Connectivity Dream Theory.According to this, dreams occur as a part of synaptic homeostasis, where the brain regulates and optimizes neural connections formed during wakefulness and previous memories. This process helps maintain neural balance and support cognitive processing According to this theory dream also help to trigger neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.Formation of dreams is also because of already existing memory. Dreams during nonREM sleep helps us to strengthen parts of hippocampus which are not actually used by the person.During light sleep dreams thalamus is supposed to be highly active.The process of neurogenesis and neuroplasticity that takes place during sleep tends strengthen problem solving, memory consoldation and emotional state of person with the wakefulness state of a person, when he is wake.

I have another theory about dreams. See everything humans intake go through some chemical procedures and then the body releases the waste material. Like we excrete the food we intake, we exhale out to release waste material (CO2) formed out of the oxygen we intake. Dreams could be thought like a "neural excretion" where brain just randomly "merge up" the strong emotions that we feel at different times and "throw them out". This gives us emotional stability and satisfaction.

I'm almost 29 years old now. Since I was 19, I've experienced two shock stages and two episodes of hypovolemic shock. If you ask me how I managed to survive hypovolemic shock, knowing that reaching that stage often means survival is nearly impossible, the answer is simple: I was already in the hospital under the care of PG trainee doctors. Ultimately, it was their senior doctors who saved my life. Even now, as I type this, I am still dealing with anemia.

I revived a pt after 6 continuous defibrillator shock by increasing the electrical shock along with other supportive measures like ventilation as well as volume expander and blood transfusion...and the pt was discharged after 1 week normally and healthy...its totally depends on on spot measures and experience...
That was my life time achievement till my entire 6 yrs experience...

Two things that should be taken in concern 1st: yes there should be trained medical staff in ambulance and 2nd: People in India have so much restlessness that they don't give a damn if it is a ambulance or firefighter vehicle, the reason behind the traffic emerging in small streets and even the main road is that terrific thinking of them, I personally see people try to be the first one to cross amongst each other, even if they have nowhere to reach early, just want to make chaos on the road and cherry on the top of it is to fight unnecessarily on the road, people also do parking on the ROAD when you even have the empty space to park your vehicles on etc.

But most of the cases , sare hospital same nhi Hota Hai sir .. koi bhi hospital koi bhi patient ko bharti hi nhi karna chahta aise accidental cases ke liye ... sab baat ghuma phira ke police, relatives iye sab ko leke aane ka baat karke and MLC paper collect karne ki baat karke time waste karte hai isliye most of the patient waiting room mei bhi expired ho jata hai..
As a hospital manager mein khud iye sab mere ankho ke samne hote huye dekha hai sir ..
Mere kheyal se hospital er iye sab rules and regulations ko Kam karna chahiye taki kisiki zindagi bachaya ja sake. .
