99% chances are that the old lady was suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder , this is a mental disease where people can speak multiple languages, at different tones (male / female both) and become a different person at certain time of the day/ night.
The tantrik baba telling the family about dhaga underneath the fridge is a classic move , usually these babas go in different corners of the house telling the family people that they need to know where the ghost is hiding in that process they throw an item around some object ( in this case it was dhaga thrown near the fridge).
About crows being around the house- when someone shouts at high pitch or something unusual happens they gather quickly as they are highly intelligent animal.
