(Really don't underestimate Enchanted Talisman, some heroes still have high damage even with it, and without Genius Wand) Since I often use Fleeting Time, my build has 45% CDR but there is an extra 5% wasted: Arcane Boots, Enchanted Talisman, Blood Wings, Lightning Truncheon, Holy Crystal and Fleeting Time. Spare Items: Divine Glaive, Glowing Wand, Wishing Lantern, Winter Crown and Immortality. Mage Emblem, Agility, Bargain Hunter and Impure Rage. (Flameshot)
I just hope rather than Necklace of Durance+Glowing, they should combine NOD+Enchanted Talisman instead. Because some support and old mage buy 20% cd book, its too late to say this but it is what it is.

Max Cooldown Reduction is increased by 5%. Lifebane: Dealing damage to the target will reduce the Shield and HP Regen effects on them to 50% of normal for 3 seconds.
I think this build is more suited for a roam vex playstyle. It lacks the 2nd skill dmg compared to the usual build but as a roam, the lower cd of 1st skill and ult is a plus

If they’re nerfing the knock up on her ult maybe they could have her knight have basic attack effects like Zhasks turrets while still sharing attributes 🤷🏻♂️? And also buff the attack speed since it’s annoyingly slow

This is something I have been meaning to ask for a while. How does her terrified cc work? I read her skills and it says only her s1 does this and it's single target, but for some reason I realize that sometimes the terrified cc becomes aoe and affects multiple heroes at the same time.
Vexana s1 its a aoe skill all who effect with this skill will terrified and the explosion after lauch this skill also will terrified who closed the aoe explosion

You don't need to use Support Emblem. Blue potion gives you the last 10% cdr you need. Or maybe just build Wishing Lantern, it'll help with DPS.
