When trying to contest, your retribution spell actually deals more damage than it shows. This extra damage can only be triggered if you haven’t hit the turtle in the last 3 seconds. The true damage you inflict over time is applied the same time as your retribution so your retribution may deal around 50 to 300 more damage. So dont press retribution when the health of the thing being contested is below your retribution but do it when the health of the objective is slightly above. Also it is recommended to use a skill when securing objective together with retribution to increase your chances of securing the objectives, this helps because the skill damage + retribution damage allows you to secure the turtle when it is at a higher health and lowers the chances of the opponent being able to secure it as they cannot react to your skill+ retribution. (Tip: a hero thats very good for doing this skill+retribution securing combo in my opinion is Gusion; his skill 2 deals a lot of damage.
Being the core is one of the most stressful role in MLBB, especially in Mythic ranks and above. Jungler is my second mosts played role, and from my experience, most of the time, your team will always blame you when your team is losing.
This is the best JG guide I’ve seen. Covers everything very well from beginner to intermediate and has a few hints on high level macro. I’ve been a JG for 3yrs but I’ve plateaued at mythic honor. However, I’ve figured out how to break this plateau: I’ve found once you get to mythic you need vast knowledge on hero’s, team comps, counters, hero spikes along with GOOD Macro(decision making/brains) aswell. Team fight is also highly important. Advanced Tips: I’ve recently started to Perma Invade in all my ranked matches and it completely changed my games, game style, focus and has helped me break old habits and gain new perspective. A SUCCESSFUL invade is one of the best ways to get an early game lead and snowball but it’s also very very risky for inexperienced players OR if it fails. Personal approach: I like/try to invade the cold side buff and also take a monster if I can then run back to my opposite buff to block a counter invade. This will help set you up for 1st Turtle and severely cripple the enemy JG. From then on, it’s just good macro(however I like to keep pressuring, bullying, and robbing enemy JG till game end 🤭) Oh and ps BTW invades work best WITH A TEAM(tank/mage). There is so much more strategy to invades but it would take a whole video
I’m honestly glad someone really made a guide that’s actually helps a lot since I agree that jungle can be hard since you rely on teammates to do well for a successful turtle/lord Been playing since release and this game heavily rely on having good coordination with teammates

not really everything, for instance some rotation moments (the Litho monster, speed up effect to turtle, or like the issue of staying in bush for 100 hours waiting for gank opportunity) were not mentioned, nevertheless there was a plenty of truly advanced tips to reach higher rank, up to Mythical Honor I assume.

Thx for the tips here, it helps me for being a 445 match jungler because I thought some things was missing from me but while watching this I immediately knew the one I was missing which is Hero pool Currently I have this heroes for jungle Karina-Tank killer, Farmer, Finisher, Burst Roger-Dps, Finisher, Farmer Martis (my main) - Snowball, Invader, Teamfight Paquito-Burst, Backline Targeter, Squishy destroyer Fredrinn-Frontliner, Objective Contester, Teamfight starter There's also another one I'm missing which is Practice and Focus Most of the time I would be mad because of my teammate feeding into the enemy (I had this problem few mins ago) 1st Practice. Idk how many practice I need to use in order to master every hero (The hero I wanna master is: Roger Karina Terizla Arlott) I usually do 5 practice to every hero but I only do it when I know the mechanics, strength and weakness of the hero but I do not think of how are they gonna perform in Ranking since most of my teammates pick damage types while I had to be stuck with Martis and Fredrinn (some of my matches have assassin matches) And for some reason my wr on my jungle became 64-58% idk if its my fault or the teammate because I usually gank every lane back and 4th. I even know how to gank, how to be aware on map, Rotating, Invading, Pushing, Retribution timing, Communicate, Vision, Zone, Farm, and all the quality that jungler has but i always lose :( but still thx for the tips bro Also idk which is better and i need help from my heroes Joy or Paquito jungle? Akai or Fredrinn Jungle?
crazy how many people wanna jungle but don't know the basics. not the best jungler myself but seeing them makes me proud on myself lmao. thanks for this though!!
this is a good reminder for old and experienced players and a great guide for the newbies. though i think a lot of players would appreciate it if you mentioned about ganking lanes with the roamer and mage. (if u did mb i was busy typing 🙏) I play Julian and I'd classify him similarly to Martis and Guinevere. He's very strong in the early and only needing to be LVL3 to initiate a gank or teamfight. Later on in the game though, his burst power is still there but is noticeably weaker. That's when I usually build defense items to take damage while also providing good CC since Julian has a lot of versatility and can easily escape sticky situations with his enhanced S2
I didn't mention ganking with Roamer and Mid because they're most likely going to Gold most of the time anyways. It'd be better to just have your own decision where to gank instead of relying on them to lead you. IMO, if anything they should be the ones watching where you're going instead. 🤣

Just started as a jungler recently, before i was a roamer for years. The only thing i kept forgot is to check turtle/lord HP bar for retribution contest, cuz my eyes somehow always looking at the mini map 😂 Roamer habit.
Idk know why, but I was a godly jungler when I was 12 years old, I remembered I was an assassin main, I usually use karina, lance and sometimes fanny even though I was a walking funny burst play was really effective, and when the enemy is dead I come back, and now 3 years later I have become and exp laner, I had to quit ml since my phone broke and when I got back I was rusty, I got the feeling of fear from being trashed talked, so now I just assisted junglers instead of being one, I remembered that I used to dream of becoming a well known jungler. But I let there words into me
I remember my first time trying to Jungle. Bronze medal Saber with like 2 kills XD. and you better believe my team roasted me. I've since then learned how to play Jungler but this was still a very comprehensive guide. It's also made me realize I need to lean how to play Utility Junglers and not just damage ones.
You have completely covered everything in this video for me as a multi role although jg is hard when your losing the early game and teammates blame you mostly 😅
Watching this as a mage/roam main to slowly add jungler to my role because I always get smooth brain jungler teammate. Barats always work as a jungler for me because no one wants to use tank lmao thank you for this detailed guide!
I've been exp laner since I started ML but someone said you cant rank up if you stay in one role only you should play core in able to rank up especially when you are solo
while watching ml i remember a player in my team getting mad to me because i used retri early when the buff spawned. my friend was also confused why i used retri early. Honestly, using retri early helps, since you can use it 3 times before the turtle spawns
This video is pretty great actually since I've learned to be a jungler more efficiently, I manage to pull alot of kills because of this, but I would still lose because of my teammates. Overall this video is pretty good at explaining the very details of how to be a pro jungler
My friends call me an effective jungler but I don't like playing it cusz of how much work you put into it. objectives are crucial the more you have the more you gain the pressure of jungling is something most people wont know till they tried jungling. a good jungler is as crucial as having a great tank
True, as much as I'm interested in playing the jungle role. Even though I'm winning my games as jungle, it is still hard to maintain because since you're so important in a team one crucial mistake could cost you the whole game
Nobody is talking about Aamon here. This makes me even happier. Cause nobody bans Aamon, nor everyone can see the potential in Aamon. But I jungle best with Aamon while other assassins requires extremely high skills to gain the same effect in a match. -A Random Aamon main
also for map awareness you can improve it if you can guess where the enemy is in the map so if its like 1:10 or 1:20 into the game the jg is prolly about to gank so you know when enemy is gonna gank
The rewards is reduced for junglers when farming minions for the first 5 minutes is that back then junglers would often help the mid lane before their buffs appear and both jungler and mid laner is near lvl 2 and the jungler can just take the little monster on the purple buff to get to level 2 so moonton made the adjustment so that like what he said if there are allies nearby the jungler wouldn't get exp and gold I know everyone knows it but for the clueless on why moonton decided to make an adjustment for junglers specifically this is why
Take dagger as your first atk item; make sure your rotating properly and efficiently; if your someone like fanny and your opposite jungler is weak early game: grab your roamer and invade red/blue buff to slow them down; if you arnt the jungler do not take the jungle, unless its exp/gold crab in your respective lane; make sure you dont focus kills early game, while it is important to gank, you still need to farm, slowing them down wont help if you are behind farm too.
Here's my Checklist as Jungler: - More Farm means more Gold so that I can build Items faster. - Whenever the Lord or Turtle is about to spawn I always go before it spawns to take better position when contesting - When joining a teamfight, I only Join when picking off an enemy or ganking. - I allow myself to Solo kill if I'm in advantage or if the enemy is caught off guard. However, despite of these checklist, there are times I get bad teammates who steals my Jungle creeps, doesn't help at contesting the turtle/lord, lack of map awareness when ganking, and mostly being a toxic.
Pro tips that professional player and I use when i played in Tournaments - if they use the flicker, u can calculate it by add 2 more min. Ex their mm use flick at 4:53 = 6:53 they'll have flick again
just a little thing, farming (gain some spare gold) are IMPORTAN even when ur at full items. Because in MLBB u can change items immediately from anywhere even in the middle of fights. Take a look at Pro's game, they could swap items in the middle of war when they needed because they got spare of gold.
Thanks for this content, RubyRubyRuby, can we update the video to include timestamps or sections for easier reference. Bookmarking this and sharing this with my squad.
You just have to do your best to get to your minions without dying. Tower hugging is mostly recommended if you know you'll die if you walk out from it. If you see the enemy freezing, you can also choose to rotate and try to gank Mid, or help your Jungler if there's an invade.
@@akshatgarg3092 Of course go back to base if you know you're going to be ganked and die under the tower. I'm just suggesting to tower hug if he can't go to the minions outside of the tower.
Hard mode seems easy honest also I was in a match and saw someone go zilong retribution and spend almost zero time in jungle and then as a Miya main I didn't think of retribution but saw one in and just killed her do you think Miya would be a good jungle if I gave her time?
Pushing the turret is usually the right answer if no enemy can defend the turret quickly. However, if they can respond quickly, it's better to just go back to farming.
This would be good if you put sections in your video so people watching this can know where to improve on since some of the concepts shown here they already know plus doing this will not waste people's time

However, I’ve figured out how to break this plateau:
I’ve found once you get to mythic you need vast knowledge on hero’s, team comps, counters, hero spikes along with GOOD Macro(decision making/brains) aswell. Team fight is also highly important.
Advanced Tips:
I’ve recently started to Perma Invade in all my ranked matches and it completely changed my games, game style, focus and has helped me break old habits and gain new perspective.
From then on, it’s just good macro(however I like to keep pressuring, bullying, and robbing enemy JG till game end 🤭)
Oh and ps BTW invades work best WITH A TEAM(tank/mage). There is so much more strategy to invades but it would take a whole video
I’m honestly glad someone really made a guide that’s actually helps a lot since I agree that jungle can be hard since you rely on teammates to do well for a successful turtle/lord
Been playing since release and this game heavily rely on having good coordination with teammates
Good evening. As a Saber focused user, i gotta say, this video helped me a lot and gave me new understanding about the things i thought i knew already about ML. Well made, well informed content. Thanks for the effort into making this and helping newbs like me get more familiar with the mechanics of the game. Subbed!!
I just came from your exp guide and this is one of the most understandable guide i have ever seen
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed both of them 😇
@@RubyRubyRubyGaming i have been wanting to play multiple roles of heroes so that i can more flexible i already play exp and i already know alot about it but i wanted some more extra knowledge
@@darthrevan1818 Being more flexible definitely helps you become a better player. Glad to hear that you're improving!
I really liked your video! It helped me to clarify many doubts I had as a jungler and solidify some concepts I already knew, but I was unsure in my skills. Thank you very much for the video, I appreciate it!
Great to hear! Keep improving 😄
Best jungle guide I've ever watched, basically everything is covered
Appreciate it man 😄
not really everything, for instance some rotation moments (the Litho monster, speed up effect to turtle, or like the issue of staying in bush for 100 hours waiting for gank opportunity) were not mentioned, nevertheless there was a plenty of truly advanced tips to reach higher rank, up to Mythical Honor I assume.
As a jungler to other laners.
Please don't take creeps before we reach level 4, it ruins our rotation and early potential.
Yes. Really hate it when that happens too 😣
Especially to mm users its all their fault lol.

Man explains it like my teacher in highschool would, easy to understand and covers basically everything 😂
Thank you bro! 😁
The comment at 31:50 at grouping during the late game resonates deeply with me. I've lost a lot of games where one or two not-very-mobile characters would try to solo their way even after repeatedly dying.
Thanks for the guide bro, i hope with your guides people can improve themselves more cuz it really frustrates me that every time i play rank, i always got teammates that doesnt match my level😮💨
Share it around and more people will get to see it 😄
pretty complete and accurate, ty for showing me what I've been lacking! ❤️🔥
The most underrated MLBB TH-camr that doesn't use cringe ncs type song

Appreciate it 😁
I used to be a more aggressive jungler. Now I am more careful. Thanks to the video, I think I can have a lot of ideas at jungling again.
Good to hear! 😃
22:20 Clint only has 1 dash skill, on this instance his icon moved rapidly twice, and judging by the speed of the movement, the first dash is Flicker, the second is his skill.
Excellent. That's correct! 😄
Thx for the tips here, it helps me for being a 445 match jungler because I thought some things was missing from me but while watching this I immediately knew the one I was missing which is
Hero pool
Currently I have this heroes for jungle
Karina-Tank killer, Farmer, Finisher, Burst
Roger-Dps, Finisher, Farmer
Martis (my main) - Snowball, Invader, Teamfight
Paquito-Burst, Backline Targeter, Squishy destroyer
Fredrinn-Frontliner, Objective Contester, Teamfight starter
There's also another one I'm missing which is
Practice and Focus
Most of the time I would be mad because of my teammate feeding into the enemy (I had this problem few mins ago)
1st Practice.
Idk how many practice I need to use in order to master every hero
(The hero I wanna master is:
Roger
Karina
Terizla
Arlott)
I usually do 5 practice to every hero but I only do it when I know the mechanics, strength and weakness of the hero but I do not think of how are they gonna perform in Ranking since most of my teammates pick damage types while I had to be stuck with Martis and Fredrinn (some of my matches have assassin matches) And for some reason my wr on my jungle became 64-58% idk if its my fault or the teammate because I usually gank every lane back and 4th. I even know how to gank, how to be aware on map, Rotating, Invading, Pushing, Retribution timing, Communicate, Vision, Zone, Farm, and all the quality that jungler has but i always lose :( but still thx for the tips bro
Also idk which is better and i need help from my heroes
Joy or Paquito jungle?
Akai or Fredrinn Jungle?
crazy how many people wanna jungle but don't know the basics. not the best jungler myself but seeing them makes me proud on myself lmao. thanks for this though!!
Thank for the throughout guiding and explaination. I just started playing jungle and this is exactly what I need
As a jungle main this could not be better nice guide man also the exp lane guide is really good
Thank you! Glad you found both guides useful 😎
I have been playing mlbb for about 7 years but this video still helped me. Thanks
That's nice to hear from an experienced player! 😄
this is a good reminder for old and experienced players and a great guide for the newbies.
though i think a lot of players would appreciate it if you mentioned about ganking lanes with the roamer and mage. (if u did mb i was busy typing 🙏)
I play Julian and I'd classify him similarly to Martis and Guinevere.
@@RubyRubyRubyGaming depends on what teammates you end up with honestly, I've had games where my teammates are THE ABSOLUTE BEST and teammates where they suck ABSOLUTE ass
awesome guide!! me a roamer that just converted to jungling this things are very helpful for starters.
Thank you so much! Since the new update dropped down. I've been having a hard time lately in the new jungle mechanics.
honestly, this video really shows how jungling is done, this was so useful for all types of jungler
Thank you 😀

Thanks for subbing and for the kind comments! 😄
Best guide ever i wish i had seen thid vid 3 years ealrier
Thanks for the high praise man! 😄
Just started as a jungler recently, before i was a roamer for years.
The only thing i kept forgot is to check turtle/lord HP bar for retribution contest, cuz my eyes somehow always looking at the mini map 😂
Roamer habit.
Understandable. Not easy to switch roles.
Thank you for finally posting this! Love your stuff, keep it up man 🫶
Appreciate the comment bro!
YOO TY BRO I NEEDED THIS
as a jungle main, I do approve of this vid :)
Thank you! 😄
You have completely covered everything in this video for me as a multi role although jg is hard when your losing the early game and teammates blame you mostly 😅
Thx, with this guide. I am now In mythic with helcurt with 17 stars.
Finally i know that "mm nf" is meaning marksman no flicker...... (See this thing many times already!)
🤣 What else did you think they were saying?
I thought "mm no father", something like blaming scolding? Hahahhah
Watching this as a mage/roam main to slowly add jungler to my role because I always get smooth brain jungler teammate. Barats always work as a jungler for me because no one wants to use tank lmao thank you for this detailed guide!
Meanwhile our teammate hyper is busy in clearing lane or farming 😂
Appreciate the comment buddy. Glad it helped ☺️
This was an awesome guide for jungler!! Kudos to the maker

Hey, I'm back Exam Gone Really Well
And I Love the Video too❤
And thanks for wishing me good luck😊
Hope your exam went well man!
Thank you for consistently providing us good and factual tutorials
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it
Finally a guide on Jungle role... I can finally take my Dinosaur to a walk.
Aye, finally
One of the best channel for information on mlbb❤❤
Thank you so much 😀
Nobody is talking about Aamon here. This makes me even happier. Cause nobody bans Aamon, nor everyone can see the potential in Aamon. But I jungle best with Aamon while other assassins requires extremely high skills to gain the same effect in a match.
-A Random Aamon main
wow you're soo good at explaining!! that's really helpful even I already playing as jungle for years XD
Also maybe you could do a small video about "how to draft" you know . I feel that players should know more about this.
Thanks for the suggestion bro. I'll see what I can do! 😁
also for map awareness you can improve it if you can guess where the enemy is in the map so if its like 1:10 or 1:20 into the game the jg is prolly about to gank so you know when enemy is gonna gank
The rewards is reduced for junglers when farming minions for the first 5 minutes is that back then junglers would often help the mid lane before their buffs appear and both jungler and mid laner is near lvl 2 and the jungler can just take the little monster on the purple buff to get to level 2 so moonton made the adjustment so that like what he said if there are allies nearby the jungler wouldn't get exp and gold
I know everyone knows it but for the clueless on why moonton decided to make an adjustment for junglers specifically this is why
I'm not a jungle main but that's a great video for when I'm forced to play jungler thanks
Glad to hear it helps 😄
Me *thinking i’ll be fine in protecting my jungle from enemies*: ☺️
But then my teammates start taking my jungle: 🗿
Suggest me a best ranged hero.. please with equipment
There's not really good ranged option in Jungle right now... Bane could be one.
Ty for the vid now i know to rotate and to pick the right retribution ❤
Here's my Checklist as Jungler:
- More Farm means more Gold so that I can build Items faster.
- Whenever the Lord or Turtle is about to spawn I always go before it spawns to take better position when contesting
- When joining a teamfight, I only Join when picking off an enemy or ganking.
First time watching your video... And I'm already a fan..
Welcome aboard!
Pro tips that professional player and I use when i played in Tournaments
- if they use the flicker, u can calculate it by add 2 more min. Ex their mm use flick at 4:53 = 6:53 they'll have flick again
Very serviceable guide indeed
Thank you Jono 😂
as an experienced jungler even I found this video helpful
Glad to hear it was still helpful to an experienced Jungler 😃
just a little thing, farming (gain some spare gold) are IMPORTAN even when ur at full items. Because in MLBB u can change items immediately from anywhere even in the middle of fights. Take a look at Pro's game, they could swap items in the middle of war when they needed because they got spare of gold.

Nice, I'm a mage user, can you make a video for mid laners?
Yes, Mid Lane guide is being worked on and is next!
I like how your videos are "depends on the situation" while other guide videos are just "do this, do that".
Yeah, MLBB is more complex than just do x to win, especially when you go up to higher ranks
9:47 - Wait.. I'm sensing some nostalgic scent just now, did you smeeeeellll that?
bro basically explained the role 💀
cant wait for other roles' guide, i hope u will do roamers guide next

Ahh forgot to comment, just some tips for newbies: get a quick atk spd dagger early on so that you can farm more faster
Yeah, that can help for sure!
Thanks for this content, RubyRubyRuby, can we update the video to include timestamps or sections for easier reference. Bookmarking this and sharing this with my squad.
Sure thing! I've just updated the video with Timestamps! Hope the system has done it's work and reflected this in the video already.
Wow! Thanks for the swift response!@@RubyRubyRubyGaming Much appreciated! We have this as a reference for our squad now.
At 9:43 if we are strictly speaking ability to murk creeps then Hanzo is the best, cuz insta kill any creep other than Turtle and Lord
How do you stop getting poked in exp lane? And do you just give up gold when ur hero can't win against the other
You just have to do your best to get to your minions without dying.
Thank you. Glad to see new content 👍

Hard mode seems easy honest also I was in a match and saw someone go zilong retribution and spend almost zero time in jungle and then as a Miya main I didn't think of retribution but saw one in and just killed her do you think Miya would be a good jungle if I gave her time?
After killing opposite mm or fighter should i help him destroy turrets or start framing
Pushing the turret is usually the right answer if no enemy can defend the turret quickly. However, if they can respond quickly, it's better to just go back to farming.
@@RubyRubyRubyGaming but if i gang mm lane and we successfully gang opp mm do i help mm to push turrets or try to get creep of enemy
This would be good if you put sections in your video so people watching this can know where to improve on since some of the concepts shown here they already know plus doing this will not waste people's time
I'll put them in tonight. Busy with Lunar New Year visiting today 😁😁
