it has been almost 4 years, you must be so excited, are you going to visit Mazamitla? This town is one of our favourite of all Mexico. Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🙏🙏🫶
I was saying.. don't do it Simone. Don't do it. lol Glad you were happy with your decision. I could feel the cold through the screen lol Thank you for your sacrifice!
Hola *Jose* 👋👋 It's very nice to read you! Yes, it's been a minute, we hope you have been doing amazing, we missed seeing your comments here. Thank you so much for watching, and commenting amigo, we send you a big big hug 🤗🙏
Awww thank you for join For The Road family 🤩🙏. This has been one of the towns that we have liked the most so far in our trips. Thank YOU for watching and commenting 🤩🙏. Any plans to visit Mexico soon?
Hola Danny, 🫶 Your mom is so blessed to live in such a *wonderful* place. We fell in love with Mazamitla from the first moment we set foot in the town. We love it so much that we are even considering moving there in the future. Thanks for watching. 🤩🙏
Ah you must both be so excited for your trip - Playa del Carmen and this entire region is stunning 🏝️🇲🇽 thank you so much for watching, we’re glad to know our videos have been helpful for you both 🥰
Hola Holly 👋 Yeah, this town is so lovely, we wish we could be there more nights, we perhaps be back during winter time where the weather is even chillier 🤭🤭🥰. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment 🙏
Beautiful town and surrounding areas on your hike. The cabin accommodations were superb!!! Wow. Wish our family could visit. What a restful place. Great vid as always guys!!!
Hola Nadine 👋 Nice reading you as always 🤩. Yes, our cabin accommodation was so beautiful and cozy. If you have the chance to visit Mazamitla, we highly recommend the town and staying at this property 🥰
It's such a stunning place, isn't it? And still so under the radar 🙌🇲🇽 Yesss, our tour guide had actually mentioned that - aside from the lack of snow, I'm sure the comparison is pretty spot on 😊😊
Yay, we're so glad you enjoyed it 🤗🤩 We use Photoshop to put the thumbnail together - it's a steep learning curve in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, there are a million wonderful things you can create on there 🙌🫶 And for color grading, we use Lightroom - also a learning curve, but it's the best software for editing your pictures 📸
Hola amig@ 👋👋 Yes, it's actually in our bucket list, we are not sure if we will be able to go this year but we will do our best, looks like a nice area 🥰🥰. Anything in particular you'd recommend us from there? . Thank you again for watching and leaving a comment 🙏
My moms birthplace, never been there hope to go someday although if it’s as beautiful as they say it is I’m afraid I wouldn’t wanna come back to the US with how the economy is looking here on out
Hola amigo, OM, we *loved* Mazamitla, the only downside we found about this town is how far it is the biggest town in terms of going to a big supermarket or mall, being GDL is the closest but it is about 4 hours away, if we are not mistaken. But without a doubt, it is an amazing and gorgeous town ❤️🥰
How safe is Mazamitla? I know it's right on the border with Michoacan State and the US State Dept. advises no one to travel there. I have to go there in a couple weeks to attend a friend's wedding.
*Hola Alpha* 🙌 We had no issues while we were there! we always say as long as you're not involved in anything illegal, nothing to worry about. We actually loved Mazamitla. We hope this info is helpful to you. 🤩🫶
@@ForTheRoadTravels Thanks for the reply. I got back the other day and had an amazing time there. I actually bought a couple bottles of Tequila at that same shop Mini Super. I felt completely safe in town during the trip as well.
@@smzig Awesome, we are glad to hear that! thank you for gotten back to us, sharing your experience, now you can answer friends and family your experience of Mexico to encourage to visit our beautiful country 🥰🙌
Yeah, even myself that I grew up with those meals, I do not really like them unless my mom cooks them 🤭🤭. But we do agree Caldo de Res is not a nice meal 🤭🤭

That's exactly how i felt when I had caldo de res here in Playa. Big chunk of meat and a less than flavorful broth. Total waste of pesos.
Yeah, even myself that I grew up with those meals, I do not really like them unless my mom cooks them 🤭🤭.
