    Hi, Great vid and congrats. I am from Haiti, I am currently living in Mexico City. Been Here for about 6 months. My question is: Is it possible for me to apply for permanent residency if I don't have any work here or any source of income? And how can I go about doing that if possible? Thank you in advance for your reply.

    I'm curious about that special program. I have an entrance stamp Mar 2024 but no exit stamp. Theoretically, if I were to re-enter w/ out getting a stamp, maybe from the Southern border after Sept 2024 it will look like an expired stamp. I wonder if I can go & apply for the program than.

    • @janagemperle8192

      You will need to have a stamp in your passport from a prior entry between 2015 to 2022.

    The last time I lived in Mexico I tried to be legal and it was such an eye opener. Legal to work I mean.

    Okay, now I have my dual residency and don’t live there 6 months outta the year. How does one pay bills from afar? I’d live to see a video on explain how. Also finding it very difficult to pay the water bill. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

      Awesome, if you are thinking of paying bills the best way will be using Mercado Pago here mpago.li/2syakaN

    5:57 $7300US per month is $87,600/year. That's a lot. I wonder how they got those numbers. The vast majority of the world doesn't make that. US$87,600/year is probably in top 2% worldwide.

    • @adaml2932
      @adaml2932 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That's almost MXN$1,500,000/year. You are a Mexican millionaire at that point.

      Yes, we get *blown* away by the requirements, due to the influx of foreigners moving to the country, we imagine the financial requirements had to go up ☹️.

    So happy for you Simone, for both of you really as this gives you permanence and predictability. You'll be able to plan further out and perhaps resume traveling more. I'll be in Playa del Carmen at the end of April - sent you guys an email via your website about potentially meeting. If your schedule permits it would be lovely. No pressure of course 😊
