I'm curious about that special program. I have an entrance stamp Mar 2024 but no exit stamp. Theoretically, if I were to re-enter w/ out getting a stamp, maybe from the Southern border after Sept 2024 it will look like an expired stamp. I wonder if I can go & apply for the program than.

You will need to have a stamp in your passport from a prior entry between 2015 to 2022.
