Prices for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler :
Unlimited - Rs 67.65 lakh
Rubicon - Rs 71.65 lakh
So what's the advantage of manufacturing in India??
This car is poster boy of off road vehicles internationally.
People complaining about price. Its a personal choice and get over it. You either buy abibas for 100 or adidas for 2000. Upto you

Thar can do around 70% and more of what the Wrangler can do at 1/3 of the price of a Wrangler.

They are assembling this in india , not manufacturing. Such his price is bcoz of our govt they impose 75% tax on this car , we should ask govt first , why impose such heavy tax
Check the features, technology, and other aspects and moreover the Indian automobile tax system. Apart from that, most of the parts are imported.
@@YogeshSharma-xj7sx the importing of parts is not just for this brand but many do this. Because it’s hard to have a manufacturing plant for every single component. Still doesn’t justify it

The Rubicon has 33" tyres with 17" wheels
Indian model has 32" myd tyres unlike US which has 33" bf Goodrich , and 4 fenders fenders are also raised by an inch or 2 in rubicon trim
The vehicle can overcome any difficult terrain. If you are adventurous, own it

This one now has 6 airbags. The 1 stars was because the Wrangler rolled over during small overlap crash test because of its solid axles.

Had the Wrangler Sport 4x4 as rental in US for 3 months..never did off-road, and on road it was too noisy over 80, brakes were very bad, body roll was terrible, bas style maarne ke liye sahi thi..just like 99% of current Thar owners 😂

Thar doesn't even have ESC, 6 airbags and ADAS as standard, you can laugh at Wrangler's 2018 1 star ratings in Euro NCAP, while Thar will receive a big 0 there.

Thar doesn't have all solid axles front and rear, the offroad tech, the features, the articulation, the ground clearance of a Wrangler, there's no point of comparing them both.
You're basically saying, "Don't buy a Range Rover, its a waste of money when you can buy a Nexon"
