    1)లైట్లు ఆపాలి .
    2)తలకు టవల్ చుట్టుకోవాలి(చెవులు,కళ్ళు ) cover అయ్యేటట్లు గా.

      Don't drink orange juice, peanuts and milk products, eggs, peas. Don't go in sand as well. Because my son when he was until year 5, he got eczema. Every time I was checking him when he was talking food. Even that gradually it will cure. Now no eczema to him. Take care.
