    I did the math and what she ate was roughly 1,956 and that is considered around the average for what most adults should consume though the calories do vary from person to person so people stop saying that this is not enough food, it has a good amount of calories and protein minerals and fiber and vitamins

      I mostly only eat a meal a day, I just don’t feel hungry for more. I should probably call my doctor and get everything checked out

      i eat 1200-1300 cals and i'm more than fine 😂 ig it also depends on your height, weight and level of activity

    i don’t believe this is too little, especially depending on specific traits such as weight, height, and how much you work out. the actual food consumed however may seem weird/unbalanced depending on the viewer and what they are used to.

    genuinely coming from a place of love, that is far too little food and nothing is more important than the health of your body. please look after yourself and watch out for warning signs your body is unhappy such as amenorrhea. when you don’t eat enough, your body begins to lose muscle and your heart is a muscle. your heart will shrink and can become damaged. i am not saying this to harm you, but to say that you should look after your body.

      How the heck do YOU know about someone else’s required food intake? You know nothing about her hormones, potential imbalances, insulin levels, height, weight, preferred caloric intake, macro nutrient distribution and generally, what she’s trying to achieve. Stop projecting.

Maybe she had more but if you’re filling a “WIAIAD” video, film what you eat since that’s the point of those kinda of videos otherwise it’s misleading. So yes, it seems like a very little amount of food

      I assume she ate around 1600 calories. Based on her other videos, she knows the benefit of eating at maintenance level, if you notice she did not weight lift so this day must have been her low calorie day. Just assuming.

    Idk what everyone is freaking out about. She looks 1000% healthy and fine to me. Not everyone needs loads of carbs and calories to fuel your body. Everything she ate was high in protein, not to mention very nutrient dense which is what you need to build muscle and keep you full.

      I hear what you're saying, but her content shows her audience she is very active -- unlike the majority of people who might eat less than your avg. So if you're this active, you cannot eat this little and still consider yourself healthy--it's not. That's why she needs to reach for a lot of sugar in the day, because she's starving.

    I thought with the title (variety & balance) it was going be like 5 rainbow of fruit, 5 rainbow of veggies and at least 3 proteins and 2-3 carbs or something. 😵‍💫

    If someone wants to maintain a lean figure, they’re going to eat smaller portions. Protein bar, spring rolls, salad with ribs, and another proteins bar is very reasonable. Not everyone has a ginormous appetite and can eat 3 giant meals a day. Some people eat light in the day and have the biggest meal at night.

    Those bars are unnecessary and contain practically zero vitamins. You'll end up with deficiency eating this way. The greens smoothie is also not a meal. Stop starving yourself on camera.

    Let’s just clarify this, a lot of people especially Americans normalize huge portions and over eating. So seeing someone with smaller portions and not over indulging is often seen as odd. As well as her height and weight, her activity level on this day seems lower as she just did Pilates in the morning not weight training etc

    Surely she’s eating bigger portions than shown on most days. Looks like what I ate back when I was like 110 pounds, inactive with no muscle. Since I’ve gained 12 pounds of muscle I’ve gone from 1500 calories to over 2400, you need way more to maintain your muscle mass and fuel your workouts!
