      @@disturbedgoat9929I honestly think accutane works only when you are on the drug. I don't think it truly cures acne as there currently is no cure. Once you go off the drug it comes back. Just like hair loss drugs like propecia. Once you go off the drug you will start to lose hair if you have a predisposition for hair loss.

I'm not sure when you had your treatment cycle...but I read that final results do not show up until 6-12 months after the LAST of the 3 treatments. So since your skin has improved so much.. can you really rule out that Aviclear did not work out for you? Thanks.

    Quick question to suggest my friend, when did you have black seed oil and when lemon water with salt ? Because I read that black seed oil is better to have forst thing in the morning but in the video you mentioned that you drink first lemon

    • @_peasant6317_
      @_peasant6317_ 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there! My assumption would be that it doesn't matter which order you take the lemon water and black seed oil in, as long as you take both before you eat your first meal of the day. I have both lemon + ginger water and apple cider vinegar diluted, and both of those are better when had on an empty stomach, but the order I take it in isn't really set. Again, just my educated guess, but I hope this helped!

    It’s just sad how America really push these bad ingredients in food. Starch and Flour are great for you. Think about it the starch and flour here in the USA Isn’t the same as a country that drives on food they grow them selfs without pesticides and enrichment pastas. Pills and paying more to eat healthy is the way of living in the US. Luckily I decided to live over seas where I can eat anything I wasn’t without feeling like I need to look at some label for ingredients

    To say someone healed there skin but still breaks out, does that mean it's truly healed. Not likely. Acne is mostly genetic and most cases and over production of sebum. If it was diet how do you explain fat people who most likey have poor diets with clear skin. Something like accutane regulates sebum production as well as skin cell turnover. Low does accutane can be quite helpful with reduced side effects. I'm not sure what studies were done on long term side effects maybe something to explore but it's one of the only treatments that addresses most components of acne.

    The cure for acne is simple. Oral hygiene! When some people sleep they slobber alot and your mouth bacteria ends up on your face causing outbreaks. Before bed floss, brush and this is very important rinse with an oral antiseptic. Your face is fighting the bacteria coming out of your mouth. Also change your bedding once a week especially your pillow case.

      Good oral hygiene is really important in your overall health but using an oral antiseptic can destroy the microbiome in your mouth and lead to more infection and illnesses. If your microbiome is balanced the saliva can actually help with wound healing because of its enzymes.
