Guinea Something Good is a series about guinea pigs in a very human reality. Starring Joe - the somewhat sociopathic taco-lover and coffee addict; George - the voice of reason; Jeremy - the cowardly astronaut; and Gemma - the prolific but weary scientist and inventor. From slice-of-life situations to grappling with technology straight from science fiction, Guinea Something Good is a hilarious animated series with hand drawn, 2D animation and funny, quirky characters.

JOE: TIME travel pen?! You mean...this pen...can travel...through TIME?!
GEMMA: What clued you in? Was it when I said, I don't know, TIME TRAVEL PEN?
GEMMA: Just write a date and time and let me get back to work.
JOE: You got it!

JOE #2: Hey, Gemma! What's new?
JOE #1: It works!
JOE #2: Uh...
JOE #1: It's a time travel pen, me! And it REALLY works!
JOE #2: Sure it does! What do I look like, an IDIOT?
JOE #1: ...yes.
JOE: GEORGE! Gemma gave me a time travel pen! What time period would YOU like to visit?
GEORGE: Even if that pen really WAS a time machine, which it isn't, wouldn't we BOTH need one to travel together?
JOE: Good point!

JOE #2: Good p-UGH!
JOE #1: There you go! Now we BOTH have one!
GEORGE: Oh, awesome! Let's go to dinosaur times!

JOE: Wow, we really made it, George! Real life dinosaurs!

Okay, I thought the episode with the telekinetic glove was my favorite, but this is AMAZING! And the animation!!! Forgive me for making a JonTron reference, but... OH! IT'S SUBLIME!!! 'S GODLIKE!!! IT'S GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!

WARNING: CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM THAT INCLUDES OPINIONS
Alrighty, I really like this one. I've recently found out that it took 6 months to do this, and it's all frame-by-frame, and hand drawn. It really shows! Here are a few things I have to say.
- The whites around the pupils are a bit strange, and I prefer the simplistic pupils + eyebrows purely because they work while looking good.. (Although maybe the whites could fit Gemma)
- I like the squared boxy look of George. Don't know what it is about it, but it looks good on him.
- Gemma doesn't really show up too often, and I really like Gemma. -Oh yeah Jeremy too-
- Really love the small movements during speech.
Well, that's all, just a few things I like and one thing I dislike.
I give it a 3 out of 5 stars

I really like the new art style.
However, the lines seem too soft on the characters. Also, I don't like the way George or Gemma have been styled. Can you maybe make them a little bit more like the original designs, sorta like it the comic?
Thanks a lot! Well, this is sort of a transitional style. I was about halfway through this animation before I redesigned the comic style - so the next one will definitely reflect the comic more!

I guess his 'new style' isn't terrible in the comics [I haven't been looking at them lately...]. Just don't make George or Gemma [always wanna type it with a 'J'] look like a furry rectangle with a GP face next time, okay? :D

Me too as it happens. It was nice to see who I've come to think of as Joe in this animated -- he's become like a friend! Whereas I don't feel that about the newer look in the comic. Love this vid though :-)
