For those having issues with the bottom seat bar, bring it inside and put the seat in front of a space heater for a bit. Was trying to get it done in the garage and it just wasnt working. Brought it inside, put the seat in front of a heater for ten minutes and it gave it the stretch i needed to get that bolt in.
I had a River's Edge stand just like this. but someone needed it more than me but it was super comfortable to sit in all day. I bought one of these. a couple years ago but haven't even taken it out of the box but now a friend got me into this 300 acre farm and can go in whenever I want so I plan on picking out a tree after archery is over and then its one of several "community" stands that me and 4 other guys (his family) can use whenever.
Looks like a good sturdy stand which I prefer and the 18ft plus height is a bonus also. Here in Eastern Ky the height comes in handy for hilly land. Good job.
I found the steps in the instructions didn’t really match up with the pictures on same page, I had to jump ahead to next page pictures for instructions to make sense. Also imo the bolts are junk and very easy to over tighten them.
🚨🚨🚨THE STABILIZER BAR IS IN THE WRONG PLACE!!!!!🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ IT SHOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE SECTION!!!!! The way you have it the ladder will bend all the way to the tree!!!!!🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Would not purchase. I have 6 of the Field &Stream (Dick's Sporting Goods) Outpost XL 1.5 which are not available anymore - absolutely love them. Needed to up my inventory so I purchased one of the Big Game 1.5 as they were very similar to the Outpost. The seat does not align with the rails and when I sit down on the seat, it slips off the rail and I start falling to the platform.
@@ridgelifereviewshowtos no problem just never put one together, the directions are garbage and there are no tutorials walking u through it. The review is great. But I need help with assembling it. It gets very confusing. Using the right bolts and making sure the everything is assembled properly. I’m surprised there is no tutorial on their website. Thanks
