I'd be all for an avatar set up for security where we are in a secure location and a either mechanical or biological body is used to carry out tasks. 😂

Cameras and alarms are already doing that

I don’t think so, at least not any time soon. Have you see some of these robots? The trip and fall if a door jamb is too high, there’s a pen on the floor, a crack in the pavement…etc 😂😂😂

Humans can never be replaced. Ai will definitely enhance our abilities!!!! But, Ai/Technilogy will never replace the Human abilities such as: Critical Thinking, Interview Techniques, Communication, Multi-Tasking, Empathy, Human Connection, etc., etc.!! Great Video!!!!

Technology has always been used for security purposes from the past to now, it does cut the physical security as it grows, but there always be need of a human security officer for curtain kinds of jobs to be done..

I’ve barely made 4k this year Sub contacting with this small company who I’ve worked with for 3 years now. Just a thing I started doing for extra fun money and a change of pace from the hospital I work for.
I think it’s partially they’ve gotten more w2 workers now and those Ai security camera systems. I pass old Job sites and a lot of them have those now. Which is good overall. Just not my checkbook

Of course we can never be replaced by AI. Remember Robocop the Ed 209 it would start shooting homeless people “you are trespassing you have ten seconds to comply “

Great analysis .From my security expert point of view I 💯 agree with you. Technology and AI tools advancements will play a crucial part towards the improvement of security risk management effeciencies and reduce workload, but the human input will still remain relevant.
Again security design incoporates the components of personnel , technology , environmental and architecture design as well as procedural measures. All components are expected to work together in synergy to achieve organization strategic goals.

the Drone still hasn't replaced the soldier on the ground. or the amazon driver, or the door-dasher, or the fighter pilot, or any other of the things it has promised to do. our job is secure kings.

I had 46 entombments at the mausoleum vandalized. AI Terminators are needed 24/7.

I refuse to let a robot or AI replace us. FUQ that then I'll be a cop

I honestly don't feel a machine will be able to replace us in our duties and responsibilities. For the simple fact that a machine will not be able to understand and feel emotions when it comes to dealing with the public.
